  • patent GB 931 533 of 16.11.1959 shows improved device for supporting of tea bag in cup of hot water whereby the device is manufactured in such a manner that the tea bag can be removed from the hot water and as a result extraction as much fluid from the bag as possible while the device is manufactured to prevent loss of heat.
  • Patent US 4250990 of 17.2.1981 shows tea bag to be inserted into hot water and is hanged from construction which leans on the opposite side of perimeter of tea cup. The construction is in inverted V letter and can therefore be used for extraction of unneeded water before discarding.
  • Patent EP 1.690.805 of 17.9.2008 shows lid for drink container for receipt of infusion, preferable tea cup for one-time use whereby the lid has base plate, cover, and storage means for storing of tea bag said tea bag to be extracted into storage after use and discarded.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de préparation d'infusion qui résolvent le problème technique de perte de chaleur et de fluide pendant la préparation d'une infusion, de préférence du thé, d'une manière telle qu'un contenant de matière sèche, de préférence un sachet de thé, est placé sur une spatule insérée à travers le couvercle d'un contenant courant, de préférence jetable. L'utilisateur remplit d'eau chaude le contenant, de préférence un gobelet jetable, et utilise ladite spatule pour insérer le contenant de matière sèche dans l'eau chaude.
