Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un appareil qui permet de former des panneaux dans le sens de la largeur sur une feuille de carton, l'appareil comportant : une paire de parties de pliage de panneau dans le sens de la largeur pour ajuster la hauteur et la largeur de parois internes dans le sens de la largeur de façon à correspondre à la hauteur et à la largeur de panneaux dans le sens de la largeur, qui sont pliés à angle droit par rapport au panneau central, et pour plier des parois internes dans le sens de la largeur par rotation vers le côté de panneau central, de façon à chevaucher des parois externes dans le sens de la largeur ; des parties d'insertion de patte, qui sont couplées aux parties de pliage de panneau dans le sens de la largeur, en étant reliées sur un côté de celles-ci, et qui coulissent dans la direction d'un arbre de telle sorte que des pattes formées sur les deux extrémités de la paroi interne pliée dans le sens de la largeur sont insérées dans des rainures d'agencement du panneau plié dans le sens de la longueur ; une paire de moyens d'ajustement de largeur, qui sont reliés à la paire de parties de pliage de panneau dans le sens de la largeur, et qui, pour ajuster la largeur de celles-ci, déplacent celles-ci dans la direction de la largeur sur la base de la largeur de la feuille de carton ; une partie d'entraînement, qui est reliée aux parties de pliage de panneau dans le sens de la largeur par l'intermédiaire de l'arbre, pour faire tourner les parties de pliage de panneau dans le sens de la largeur.
