Abstract

The constructional order of mould closing of blowing machine is based on the use of crank mechanism with rotational servo-motor. Servo-drive is fixed to one side of closing of mould and it is connected with the shaft which is tightly connected by the help of springs with the pair of drive cranks. These cranks are connected with the arms of the closing of moulds and also with the handles of closing of moulds. The arms of closing of moulds and handles of closing of moulds are connected by the help of pivots and connecting rod with the thread for setting and synchronization of the motion of both halves of mould. The motion of arms of closing of moulds around the circle causes the closing and open of clamping boards and the mould.

Mechanism of closing of mould for blowing machine
Technology area
This invention concerns the mechanism of closing of mould, especially of blowing machine with use of crank mechanism with rotational servo-motor.
Present condition of technology
Nowadays the use of parallelogram for transmission of closing power inferred by linear drive is the standard solution. Other possibility is described in authorial certificate 237100 which solves the problem by the help of guide rod which is moved by the slide bed when the guide rod and slide rod are placed in the space of clamping boards of blowing moulds. The disadvantage of the above mentioned technical solutions are the high demands on power drive and unfavourable development of speed of mould closing.
Principle of technical solution
Below mentioned disadvantages are solved by the constructional order of mould closing of blowing machine which is based on the use of crank mechanism with rotational servo-motor. Servo-drive is fixed to one side of closing of mould and it is connected with the shaft which is tightly connected by the help of springs with the pair of drive cranks. These cranks are connected with the arms of the closing of moulds and also with the handles of closing of moulds. The arms of closing of moulds and handles of closing of moulds are connected by the help of pivots and connecting rod with the thread for setting and synchronization of the motion of both halves of mould.
The servo-drive drives the shaft of closing of mould which is connected with the pair of the drive cranks. Rotation of these cranks causes the motion of arms of closing of moulds and thus also the motion of handles of closing of moulds. The motion of arms of closing of moulds around the circle causes the closing and open of clamping boards and the mould.
This solution enables from its cinematics larger open of one half of mould than of second, therefore it is convenient to use this advantage especially for half-mould with guide pegs. This causes the enlargement of the space between open halves of mould for taking out of the product. The use of this patent enables also the favourable development of speed of closing of mould depending on the track. Other effect is the progressive run-up of closing power, i. e . without unfavourable impacts.
The main advantage of the described solution is the reduction of demands on power drive up to 75 %. The related benefits are considerable decrease of drive price and the optimalized cinematics of this mechanism, also suitable build dimensions from the point of view of possibility of follow-up mechanisms' connection of machine and of peripheral devices.

Examples of technical solution conduct

This technical solution is usable especially for blowing machines.

1. Mechanism of closing of mould for blowing machine characterized in that the servo- drive (1) is fixed at least to one side (3) of closing of mould and it is connected at least with one shaft (2) of the mould closing which is tightly connected by the help of at least two springs at least with one pair of drive cranks (7), and these cranks (7) are connected with the arms (8) of the closing of moulds and also with the handles (9) of closing of moulds.

Mechanism of closing of mould for blowing machine according to the claim 1, characterized in that at least one arm (8) of closing of moulds and at least one handle (9) of closing of moulds are connected by the help of pivots (4) and (5) and connecting rod (6) with the thread for setting and synchronization of the motion of both halves of mould
