The particles breaking off the oil sucking member damage the compressor and sometimes even cause it to break down. Moreover, even if the crankshaft and the oil sucking member are properly centered during assembly, vibrations occurring during the operation of the compressor may cause axial eccentricity.

This provides the oil sucking member to suck more oil in unit time and to direct it to other movable members.

  • the rotor of the motor (6) that has a rotor and a stator starts to rotate and transmits its movement to the crankshaft (7).
  • the oil at the lower portion of the crankshaft (7) is moved and taken into the crankshaft (7) through the opening (8).
  • the oil sucking member (9) that is placed to the crankshaft (7) from the lower end of the crankshaft (7) so that at least some portion thereof hangs downwards from the crankshaft (7) and that is closer to the oil surface than the crankshaft (7) provides the receiving of more oil into the crankshaft (7) and the delivery thereof to the upper points inside the crankshaft (7).
  • the feet (4) form a rectangle so that the projection of the opening (8) is at the center of this rectangle.

  • connection rod (16) is fastened onto the movable portion (11, 111).
  • the oil sucking member (9) connected to the movable portion (11, 111) by means of the connection rod (16) is subjected to the centripetal forces during the rotation of the crankshaft (7) and balances these forces by displacing thanks to the movement of the movable portion (11, 111).
  • the oil sucking member (9) is always concentric with the crankshaft (7) during the rotation of the crankshaft (7), thereby the lubrication performance thereof is prevented from decreasing (Figure 3, Figure 4, Figure 5, Figure 6).
  • the support member (5) comprises a stationary portion (10) that continuously connects the two feet (4) and the movable portion (11) that has a slot (12) located at the centre thereof, providing the movable portion (11) to be slidably mounted onto the stationary portion (10).
  • the stationary portion (10) is mounted to the feet (4) after the movable portion (11) is mounted thereover. After the stationary portion (10) is mounted to the feet (4), the movable portion (11) cannot be detached from the stationary portion (10) and linearly moves over the stationary portion (10) ( Figure 3, Figure 4).

  • connection rod (16) enables the distance between the support member (5) and the oil sucking member (9) to be changed.
  • the oil sucking member (9) can move in two different directions in the same plane and the oil sucking member (9) is more precisely centered with the crankshaft (7).
  • the connection rod (16) has preferably a telescopic structure ( Figure 5, Figure 6).
  • the oil sucking member (9) gains ease of movement and is provided to be positioned concentrically with the crankshaft (7) during the operation time of the compressor (1).
  • the oil in the casing (2) is more efficiently distributed inside the compressor (1).
  • the oil sucking member (9) is prevented from touching the inner surface of the crankshaft (7), the oil sucking member (9) is prevented from losing its efficiency by being worn out in course of time.

Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un compresseur (1) qui comprend un carter (2) dans laquelle est placée l'huile qui lubrifie les éléments mobiles, un corps (3) situé dans l'enveloppe (2), quatre pieds (4) sur lesquels le corps (3) est appuyé, un élément support (5) qui relie les deux pieds (4), un moteur (6) situé sur le corps (3), un vilebrequin (7) qui transmet le mouvement du moteur (6) au piston et qui présente une ouverture (8) s'étendant de son extrémité inférieure à son extrémité supérieure, et un élément d'aspiration d'huile (9) qui fournit l'huile qui doit être distribuée aux autres éléments mobiles et qui est placé à l'extrémité inférieure du vilebrequin (7) de telle sorte qu'une de ses extrémités entre dans l'ouverture (8) et que l'autre entre dans l'huile à la base du carter (2), et dans lequel l'efficacité de lubrification est améliorée.
