Definitions
- the present invention relates to a disposable wearing article having a lifting function during wearing.
- Patent Document 1 When an elderly person or the like who has difficulty in hand or finger wears a pants-type diaper by himself, there is a problem that it is difficult or difficult to pick the upper end portion of the diaper. Therefore, conventionally, a pants-type diaper has been proposed in which an inverted pocket-shaped finger hook portion is formed on the upper end portion of the diaper.
- the present invention covers a front part of a wearer's torso and extends in a direction around the torso, A back torso covering the back of the wearer's torso and extending in the waistline direction; A crotch disposed between the front torso and the back torso, extending in a vertical direction perpendicular to the waistline direction and covering the crotch of the wearer; A method for manufacturing a disposable wearing article comprising one or a plurality of pockets opening downward on the non-skin surface side of each of the body parts at the upper end part of the front body part and / or the rear body part, A step of conveying one or two continuous webs that are continuous in the conveying direction and serve as the front body portion and the rear body portion; Folding at least one of two side edge portions corresponding to the upper end portion in the longitudinal direction of the wearing article on the continuous web so that the folded first portion and the unfolded second portion face each other.
- the “skin surface” means an inner surface that directly or indirectly contacts the wearer's skin when the diaper is worn, and directly or indirectly faces the wearer's skin. Therefore, the “non-skin surface” means an outer surface that does not come into contact with the wearer's skin when the diaper opposite to the skin surface is worn, and does not face the wearer's skin.
- the side edge portions of the continuous web forming the front body portion and / or the rear body portion are folded back and intermittently joined to form a pocket serving as a finger hook portion. Therefore, a member that becomes a finger hook is not required separately. Therefore, the finger hook portion can be formed at a low cost.
