Abstract
一种积木地板砖,该地板砖与正方形、长方形、六边形积木地板砖一样采用格构化框条结构和模块化板条组设计,该地板砖通过改变原有框条的角度和方向、改变原有平行四边形板条的边形角度和方向的方法组成人字形、菱形和部分多边形积木地板砖。人字形积木地板砖线条简洁,曲折排列的板条在视觉上产生起伏不平的立体感,菱形地板砖形似钻石和指南针。长短不等、角度相同的板条平行排列组成多边形积木地板砖,纵横交错的各种板条组构成多种几何图形,提高了产品的艺术观赏性。该地板适合大面积公共场所使用。
Description
积木地板砖
作为积木地板砖(正方形.长方形.六边形) (申请号 PCT/CN2011/001177) 的系列产品, 通 过增加了十多种规格相同角度不同的隐形框条 (图 -1至图 16) 和几种平行四边形板条 (图 17至图 20, 图 26至图 29) 构成人字形.菱形和部分多边形积木地板砖。
与普通人字形地板的矩形板条不同, 人字形积木地板砖的板条形状为平行四边形, 而且为 了镶入隐形框条, 四条边里或是只有一条长边是凸榫边, 其它三边都是凹槽边 (A1A2A3A4) 或是四边都是凹槽边 (B1B2B3B4) 。 铺装时板条短边左右相对平行排列, 线条简洁清晰, 产生明显的立体感。 (图 25图 34图 38图 40)
菱形积木地板砖使用 60/120度角框条和 60度角平行四边形板条 (图 41图 43) , 镶框式菱形 地板砖 (图 42) 设计能使较短的板条拼成较大的砖块, 边框间相互衔接的视觉效果如同编 织的整体菱形网格。
多边形积木地板砖由若干块角度宽度相同的板条平行错位排列组成, 用小尺寸板条组成较 大的砖形 (图 45) , 板条的长短边交错对应设计使地板变形均匀, 相同的多边形积木地板 砖按照不同的摆放角度和对应方法可以组成多种样式的几何图案。满足用户的个性化需求。 图 1/图 2/图 3/图 4/图 7/图 8/图 9/图 16—一 45度角板条用框条平面图

铺设普通人字形地板要从房间中心点开始施工, 铺到各面墙边必须用大量不完整的板条, 既费工又费料。 铺人字形积木地板砖可以从墙角开始施工, 不完整板条的数量减少一大半 儿, 既加快了施工速度又降低了材料损耗。
Claims
(一) 框条设计: 将原有九十度角双辐和三辐框条的角度改为四十五度和六十度 (图 1图 2 图 3图 4图 8图 9和图 10图 11图 12图 13图 14图 15 ) , 并增加了三种四辐框条 (图 5图 6和图 16 ) , 其规格尺寸和端头形状与原框条完全一样。
(二) 板条设计: 设计了左右对称的平行四边形板条 (A1A2B1B2和 A3A4B3B4) , 板条 A的 四边中只有一长边是凸榫边, 板条 B的四边都是凹槽边, 数条角度方向 相同的板条 A和一条角度方向相同的板条 B组成框条网格内的板条组如 (图 24图 33图 37图 39图 41图 43 ) , 另外也有全部用板条 A拼成的板条组 如 (图 53图 55图 75 ) 既有利于生产加工又方便施工。
(三) 砖形设计: 只用两种板条 A和两种板条 B平行排列即可拼装出人字形.菱形和多边形 积木地板砖, 相同的板条可以拼成不同的砖形如 (图 46图 47) (图 48 图 50图 52 ) (图 49图 51 ) 。
