Abstract

The present invention relates to a frame connection structure in which a plurality of frames can be simply and stably connected by a locking structure using an elastic body of a metal piece, wherein the invention comprises: a plurality of hollow frames; a connection member having a plurality of inserts which are formed at predetermined angles from each other and can be inserted into the inside of the frames; and an elastic locking member having coupling portions which are fixed by coming in close contact with surfaces of the inserts, and locking portions which are curved such that the locking portions are elastically protruded from the coupling portions, wherein the locking portions are curved toward the rear part so as to allow the inserts to be inserted into the hollow cavity of the frames and to move forward but to prevent the inserts from moving backwards by enabling ends of the locking portions to be locked on inner walls of the frames if the inserts try to move backward from the hollow cavity of the frames.

These frames are usually made of a non-ferrous metal material such as aluminum, as shown in Fig. 1 is to cut the transverse frame 11 and the longitudinal frame 12 in a diagonal direction, and then fasten with bolts 13 at a right angle to each other. It was a common connection method.

First, the frame 210 is provided with a hollow tube, and a locking groove 211 through which the locking portion 123 of the elastic locking member 120 extends is formed therein. An inclined surface 211a is formed in the locking groove 211 in a direction in which the fitting body 111 is fitted to allow the locking portion 123 of the elastic locking member 120 to initially contact. When the inclined surface 211a is formed in the locking groove 211 as described above, the locking portion 123 having elastic force descends along the inclined surface 211a by the tendency to be unfolded when reaching the locking groove 211. The sieve 111 serves to pull the inside of the frame 210. As a result, the connection between the frame 210 and the fitting body 111 is prevented from being loosened and a firm coupling is achieved.

Here, it is preferable that the outer surface of the engaging portion 123 is in contact with the inner wall of the frame 210 is coated with Teflon. This is further reduced by reducing the frictional resistance of the locking portion 123 against the inner wall of the frame 210 when the fitting body 111 is fitted to the frame 210 when Teflon is coated on the outer surface of the locking portion 123.
