Abstract

The present invention relates to a door lock in which a latch bolt and a hook are improved in structure so as to maintain a firmly closed state even if a gap between a door and a door frame is widened and to reduce noise from when the latch bolt collides with a door catcher. The door lock includes: a latch bolt (10) installed on a door (1) and moved forward or backward by a handle, wherein the latch bolt has a sloped surface (11) on one surface thereof; and a door catcher (20) installed on a door frame (2), wherein the door catcher has a hook groove (21) in which the latch bolt (10) is hooked. The latch bolt (10) has a seat groove (12) in the sloped surface (11) thereof. The door catcher (20) includes: a housing (22) having the hook groove (21); a base (24) which can be withdrawn so as to be adjusted within the hook groove (21) of the housing (22); and a hook bundle (26) rotatably installed on the base (24), wherein the hook bundle is hooked in the seat groove (12) of the latch bolt (10) inserted into the hook grove (21).
