Abstract
Claims
DECLARACION BAJO EL ARTICULO 19(1)
La reivindicación 1 modificada define un martillo de fondo de circulación normal que comprende el sistema de flujo de fluido presurizado de la reivindicación 1 original más los elementos adicionales requeridos para completar la descarga de fluido presurizado fuera del martillo. Las tres características claves son: a) "canales (97) formados cooperativamente entre las estrías (112) de la superficie interna (113) del portabroca (110) y las estrías (93) de la superficie exterior (98) del puño de broca
(95)";
b) "la guía de broca (150) posee ranuras de descarga (151) que comunican la cámara de descarga (3) con los canales (97) de la broca"; y
c) "la broca (90) posee uno o más pasajes de barrido (92) horadados a través de la broca (90), los cuales se extienden desde los canales (97) hasta la cara frontal (99) de la broca (90) para descargar el fluido presurizado fuera del martillo."
El Solicitante respetuosamente expone que la reivindicación 1 modificada cumple con los criterios de los Artículos PCT 33(2) y 33 (3).
Efectivamente, canales como los de la característica a) son descritos en Aros (Párrafo [0053]) sólo con referencia a martillos de circulación
reversa (MCR) convencionales. En cambio, los martillos de circulación normal (MCN) convencionales comprenden un pasaje central dentro de la broca todo el camino hasta la cabeza de la broca donde puede dividirse en una pluralidad de pasajes de descarga secundarios (Dobran). El martillo de Aros está especialmente diseñado como MCR en contraste con el arte previo donde los martillos de fondo son adaptados de los sistemas de flujo de fluido presurizado de MCN (Párrafo [0066]). En este sentido, Aros y la presente invención son únicos en la configuración de la descarga de fluido presurizado. Una persona normalmente versada en la materia no se habría fijado en los mismos canales de MCR convencionales para un MCN porque el/ella habría primero buscado conducir el fluido de la cámara de descarga al centro de la broca siguiendo la práctica común en el arte.
Asimismo, la característica b) no se enseña en Aros pues las ranuras en la guía de broca en este caso sólo sirven para descargar fuera de la carcasa eterna, en el modo barrido del martillo, cualquier fluido presurizado que hubiera quedado en la cámara frontal (240), no así para conectar la cámara de descarga con canales entre el portabroca y la broca en todos los modos. En otras palabras, en Aros el flujo de fluido es desde dentro hacía afuera de la guía de broca y no desde afuera al interior de la guía de broca y de ahí a los canales (97), como en la Invención.
Finalmente, los pasajes de barrido (92) descritos en la característica c) forman parte del camino para el flujo presurizado antes de alcanzar la cabeza y cara frontal de la broca, esto es, antes del contacto con los desechos, y son una consecuencia de usar canales (97) entre la guía de broca y la broca para descargar el fluido presurizado. En cambio, Dobran enseña pasajes de barrido convencionales a lo largo del centro de la broca que se separan en la porción de la cabeza para remover los desechos.
Por lo tanto, el Solicitante respetuosamente expone que las reivindicaciones 1 a 9 son novedosas y tienen nivel inventivo.
