Definitions
- the present invention relates to a refrigerator with backwall condenser. Via the condenser, heat extracted from the storage chamber of a refrigerator is released to the environment. For energy-efficient operation of the refrigeration device, it is therefore crucial that the heat can flow away quickly and unhindered from the back wall condenser.
- the condenser When a refrigerator with backwall condenser is installed in a household, the condenser is generally located in a small gap between the back of the refrigerator housing and an opposite building wall.
- Condenser heats the air in the gap, he brings a Konvezzysströmung in motion. Heated air flows upwards out of the gap and is replaced by the cooler ambient air flowing in from below. So the back wall condenser is constantly lapped by cool air.
- the strength of the convection flow depends decisively on the width of the gap. In a gap that is too narrow, the air flow is too much damped by friction on the split walls to allow efficient convection to form. If the gap is too wide then heated upwardly flowing air at the condenser will mix on its way with cooler air located in the gap at a greater distance from the condenser. The resulting buoyancy remains low, and it takes a long time for the gap to heat up to its full depth. Since the back wall condenser usually releases heat only in phases, a heat release phase is usually already finished again before the gap is heated homogeneously and an efficient convection flow is initiated.
- the conventional wall spacers are attached to the trailing edge of side walls of the refrigerator, since the outside usually made of sheet metal or another
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a refrigeration device with remindwandvermillioner, in which a wall spacer is quick, easy and safe to install.
- a refrigeration device Under a refrigeration device is in particular a household refrigeration appliance understood, ie a refrigeration appliance for household management in households or possibly in the

Since the
- Condenser holder for the attachment of the condenser to the refrigerator housing is indispensable anyway, and to provide this secure hold anyway must be securely anchored to the housing, it can be used with minimal effort for the attachment of the wall spacer.
- a holder for a wall spacer can be realized almost cost-neutral on a molded from sheet metal or preferably molded plastic condenser.
- the condenser holder preferably has a foot attached to a portion of the rear surface not covered by the plate-shaped condenser, a condenser-engaging head, and a foot-and-head interface to which the support for the wall spacer is formed.
- the holder may in particular comprise a recess into which a foot of the wall spacer can be inserted.
- the wall spacer and the condenser holder are integrally formed and connected by an intermediate piece.
- the joint production of the wall spacer, the condenser holder and the intermediate piece allows cost savings compared to a separate production, also logistical simplifications result from the fact that the wall spacer the finished refrigerator no longer has to be added as an accessory, but if the adapter during assembly of the refrigerator remains intact, is already on completion of assembly on the finished refrigerator.

- such a condensation water drainage channel may be provided in an outer area of a machine room lining.
