Abstract

The invention relates to a tube packaging having a tube opening (5, 5a) provided at a tube fitting or tube flange (8, 8a) and having a closure cap (13, 13a) for closing the tube opening, wherein: the closure cap comprises a wall section (19) which, when the closure cap has been placed on the tube flange, surrounds the latter, and the closure cap can be secured to the tube flange by means of the wall section in the manner of a bayonet fitting and can be released therefrom again, in each case by rotation of the closure cap relative to the tube (2, 2a); the bayonet-type locking mechanism is formed by at least two projections (25) on the closure cap or on the tube flange and by at least two bayonet-type recesses (14) interacting with the projections on the tube flange or on the closure cap; each bayonet recess has at a first section (14.1) an insertion opening for the axial insertion of a projection in relation to an axis (FA) of the tube flange or in relation to an axis (VA) of the closure cap, and adjoining the first section at least one second section (14.2) for receiving the projection in an interlocking manner, characterized in that, in a peripheral direction (X) of the tube flange or of the closure cap wall section (19), the insertion openings (15) of the bayonet recesses adjoin one another directly and without transitions or substantially without transitions.
