Description

一种网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及移动多媒体通讯领域, 尤其涉及一种网元获取用户设备的 接收状况信息的方法及系统。 背景技术
随着 Internet的迅猛发展和大屏幕多功能的移动终端的迅速普及, 出现 了大量移动数据多媒体业务和各种高带宽多媒体业务, 如视频会议、 电视 广播、 视频点播、 广告、 网上教育、 互动游戏等, 一方面满足了移动用户 对多业务的需求, 同时也为移动运营商带来了新的业务增长点。 这些移动 数据多媒体业务要求多个用户能够同时接收相同数据, 与一般的数据业务 相比, 具有数据量大、 持续时间长、 时延敏感等特点。
为了有效地利用移动网络资源, 第三代合作伙伴计划 (3GPP , 3rd Generation Partnership Project ) 提出了多媒体广播多播业务 (MBMS , Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service ), MBMS是一种从一个数据源向多 个目标移动终端传送数据的技术, 实现了网络资源(包括核心网和接入网 ) 的共享, 提高了网络资源(尤其是空中接口资源)的利用率。 3GPP定义的 MBMS不仅能够实现纯文本低速率的消息类广播和组播, 而且还能够实现 高速多媒体业务的广播和组播, 提供多种丰富的视频、 音频和多媒体业务, 这无疑顺应了未来移动数据发展的趋势,为 3G的发展提供了更好的业务前 景。
目前, 在 R9版本的 LTE中引入了 MBMS技术, 并在 R10版本中对其 进行了力。强。 LTE中的 MBMS的控制面和用户面分离,控制面传输 MBMS 的控制信令,用户面传输 MBMS的数据。具体的,演进型基站( eNB, evolved Node B ) (后面简称基站)通过广播控制信道(BCCH, Broadcast Control Channel )将 MBMS的控制信息发送给用户设备(UE, User Equipment ), UE根据从 BCCH上接收到的 MBMS 的控制信息在 MBMS 的控制信道 ( MCCH, Multicast Control Channel )上接收 MBMS的配置信息, 然后根 据 MCCH上的 MBMS的配置信息,UE可以从 MBMS的业务信道( MTCH, Multicast Traffic Channel )上读取基站发送的 MBMS。 MCCH和 MTCH最 终复用到多播信道 (MCH, Multicast Channel ) 上进行点到多点 ( PTM, Point-to-Multipoint )传输。其中, MCH的调度周期最小为 80ms,并以 MBMS 单频网 ( MBSFN , MBMS Single Frequency Network )子帧的方式传送。
接收 MBMS的 UE或终端可以处于两种状态, 一种状态为无线资源控 制协议(RRC, Radio Resource Control )连接态 (简称为连接态), 另一种 为 RRC空闲态 (简称为空闲态)。 根据 UE或终端是否正在接收单播业务, 可以判断正在接收 MBMS的 UE是处于连接态还是处于空闲态。 当 UE在 接收单播业务时, UE处于连接态, 处于空闲态的 UE, 没有与网络侧建立 RRC连接, 处于连接态的 UE则与网络侧建立了 RRC连接。 当 UE处于连 接态时, 基站将为 UE配置测量间隔 ( measurement gap ), 该测量间隔长度 为 6ms, 周期为 80ms。
当处于连接态的 UE正在接收 MBMS时, 基站可能同时为其配置测量 间隔, 这样, 则基站发送的 MBSFN子帧将可能与为 UE配置的测量间隔冲 突,图 1是现有技术中测量间隔和 MBSFN子帧的分布示意图,如图 1所示, 斜线阴影表示 MBSFN无线帧, 网格阴影表示 MBSFN无线子帧, 无线帧 2 和无线帧 4为 MBSFN无线帧, 其中, 在无线帧 #2中, 包含 0到 9共 10个 子帧,子帧 1、子帧 3、子帧 5和子帧 6为发送 MBMS业务的 MBSFN子帧。 此时, 由于基站并不知道该 UE是否正在接收 MBMS, 因此配置测量间隔 时, 可能将测量间隔配置到发送 MBMS的无线帧上。 例如, 基站将子帧 0 到子帧 5共 6个子帧配置为该 UE的测量间隔, 则该 UE无法接收子帧 1、 子帧 3和子帧 5上的 MBMS(这里默认测量间隔的优先级高于 MBMS的接 收, 因为基站要首先确保单播业务不被影响)。 因此, 基站必需了解该 UE 的 MBMS的接收状况,确保在配置测量间隔时考虑到 UE对 MBMS的接收, 尽量避免两者的冲突。
此外, 处于连接态的 UE的切换是由基站控制的。 目前的切换原则是: 基站控制 UE测量,然后根据 UE的测量结果综合考虑相邻小区的信号质量 和业务负载情况, 将 UE切换到合适的小区。 但是, 对于正在接收 MBMS 的 UE, 基站并不知道该 UE对 MBMS的接收状况。 因此, 基站为 UE选择 的小区可能无法提供该 UE正在接收的 MBMS。 当 UE被基站切换到不能 提供 MBMS的小区后,UE将不能继续接收该 MBMS。从而 UE接收 MBMS 的连续性无法保证, UE的用户体验也将受到极大的影响。
因此, 现有技术的研究和实践过程中存在的以下问题: 第一, 基站不 知道 UE 目前的 MBMS 的接收状况, 可能会将测量间隔配置在正在发送 MBMS业务的子帧上, 导致 UE接收该 MBMS中断; 第二, UE釆用单播 的小区切换流程选择目标小区时, 基站不知道 UE目前的 MBMS的接收状 况, 无法确保正在接收 MBMS的 UE优先切换到正在发送该业务的小区, 使得 UE接收 MBMS的连续性得不到很好的保证。 针对这两个问题, 有必 要寻找这样一种方法: 基站能尽快的获知 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信 息, 从而在为该 UE配置测量间隔和确定目标小区时, 能考虑到 UE当前正 在接收的 MBMS , 尽量确保该 UE对 MBMS的连续接收, 以提高 MBMS 的连续性和 UE的用户体验。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种网元获取用户设备的接收 状况信息的方法及系统, 网元可以及时获知自身控制的小区内处于连接态 的 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的方法, 该方法包 括:
用户设备(UE )开始向目标小区切换时, 将自身当前的多媒体广播多 播业务(MBMS ) 的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元;
或 UE 由源小区开始向目标小区切换时, 源小区的网元将 UE 当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元。
上述方法中,所述 UE为具有 MBMS接收能力的和 /或正在接收 MBMS 或感兴趣接收 MBMS的, 且处于无线资源控制协议( RRC )连接态的 UE。

本发明提供的网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的方法及系统, UE开 始向目标小区切换时,将自身当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标 小区的网元; 或 UE 由源小区开始向目标小区切换时, 源小区的网元将 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元, 网元可以及 时获知自身控制的小区内处于连接态的 UE 当前的 MBMS 的接收状况信 息, 从而可以实现在 UE的切换过程中, UE或源小区的网元通过向目标小 区的网元上报 UE正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息, 使得该目标小 区的网元获得 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息, 在下一次切换过程中可 以为该 UE优先选择可以保持业务连续性的小区, 还可以根据 UE 当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息,将测量间隔配置在非 MBMS的业务帧上,从而避 免 UE的测量间隔和 MBMS的接收的发生冲突, 因此可以避免 UE正在接 收的 MBMS的中断, 进而提高 UE接收业务的连续性, 且给用户带来良好 的使用体验。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: UE 开始向目标小区切换时, 将自身当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元; 或 UE由源小区开始向目 标小区切换时, 源小区的网元将 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给 目标小区的网元。
下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明再做进一步的详细说明。
本发明提供一种网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的方法, 图 2是本 发明实现网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的方法的实施例一的流程示意 图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 201 , UE开始向目标小区切换;
具体的, 本发明实施例中, UE是指具有 MBMS接收能力的和 /或正在 接收 MBMS或感兴趣接收 MBMS的, 且处于 RRC连接态的 UE; 目标小 区是指 UE切换后所在的新小区, UE开始向目标小区切换是指目标小区的 网元向 UE发送用于切换的测量控制命令,开始切换的准备过程; 目标小区 的网元是指控制 UE切换后的目标小区的网元,也称为目标网元,例如基站
( eNB );这里,UE开始向目标小区切换包括 UE由源小区向目标小区切换, 或 UE初次接入小区, (为了叙述的简便, 在此情况下也称该小区为目标小 区); 对于 UE初次搜索并接入到目标小区, 则 UE初次与目标网元同步并 上报自身的接收状况信息,例如当 UE关机后进行了移动,在目标小区中开 机,或 UE在无信号的状态下进入目标小区, 并第一次在该目标小区中接收 系统广播消息, 也需要向目标网元上报自身的 MBMS的接收状况信息。
步骤 202 , UE将自身当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的 网元;
具体的, UE利用消息将自身当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目 标网元, 该消息为现有的 RRC 消息, 例如, RRC连接重配置完成(RRC Connection Recon figuration Complete ) 消息或 RRC连接重建立请求 ( RRC Connection Reestablishment Request ) 消息或 RRC 连接重建立完成( RRC Connection Reestablishment Complete )消息, 或该消息为新增的 RRC消息, UE利用上述消息来承载所述 UE的接收状况信息; 目标网元收到 UE发送 的消息后,根据消息的类型确定是否发送反馈信息,如果 UE没有接收到反 馈信息, 则可以重新发送消息;
当消息为现有的 RRC消息时, UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息作为 现有的 RRC消息中的新增信息元素( IE, Information Element )发送给目标 网元, UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息具体为 UE当前正在接收或感兴 趣接收的 MBMS的信息; 当消息为新增的 RRC消息时 , 该新增的 RRC消 息仅用来承载 UE当前 MBMS的接收状况信息; UE当前正在接收或感兴 趣接收的 MBMS的信息是指当前 UE是否正在接收 MBMS,和 /或正在接收 的 MBMS, 和 /或发送 MBMS的 MBSFN区 i或, 和 /或发送的 MBMS的配置 信息等; 例如, UE当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息可以包括 以下信息中的一个或多个: MBMS业务 ID ( MBMS Service ID )、 MBMS 会话 ID ( MBMS session ID )、 MBSFN区域 ID ( MBSFN area ID )、 MBSFN 区域配置 (MBSFN Area Configuration ), MBMS 点到多点无线 载配置 ( MBMS PTM radio bearer configuration )等;
当 UE第一次驻留于目标网元(这里, 目标网元指 UE当前驻留的小区 所在的网元, 例如当 UE关机后移动到目标小区, 然后再开机, 并驻留到该 目标小区的网元 ) 时, MME第一次保存 UE的上下文信息, 此时如果 UE 正在接收 MBMS或感兴趣接收 MBMS , 则 UE也可以上报自身的接收状况 信息;
目标网元存储收到的接收状况信息,作为目标网元下一次为 UE切换或 配置测量间隔时利用的参考信息; 目标网元在控制 UE切换到新的小区时, 先查询自身 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息,根据该信息, 尽量控制所述 UE切换到能继续提供该 MBMS的小区, 或当目标网元为该 UE配置测量间隔时, 可以尽量将测量间隔配置在非 MBMS的业务帧上, 以避免 UE的测量间隔和 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS发生冲 突, 以提高 UE连续接收业务的能力。
可以发现, 本实施例中, 在切换过程中, UE通过向目标网元上报自身 正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息, 使得该目标网元获得该 UE当前 的 MBMS的接收状况信息, 从而在下一次切换过程中可以为该 UE优先选 择可以保持业务连续性的小区; 而且, 当该小区在配置测量间隔时, 可以 根据 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息,将测量间隔配置在非 MBMS的业 务帧上, 从而避免 UE的测量间隔和 MBMS的接收的发生冲突; 总之, 通 过本实施例中提供的方法, 可以避免 UE正在接收的 MBMS的中断, 以提 高 UE接收业务的连续性和给用户带来良好体验。
图 3是本发明实现网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的方法的实施例 二的流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 301 , UE由源小区开始向目标小区切换;
具体的, 本发明实施例中, UE是指具有 MBMS接收能力的和 /或正在 接收 MBMS或感兴趣接收 MBMS的, 且处于 RRC连接态的 UE; 源小区 指 UE切换前所在的小区, 目标小区是指 UE切换后所在的新小区; UE由 源小区开始向目标小区切换是指当满足规范中规定的一些触发条件时, 源 小区的基站向 UE发送测量控制命令, 控制 UE向目标小区切换, 其中, 所 述触发条件例如源小区的基站的信号质量低于一定水平, 或源小区的基站 的信号质量低于其邻小区的基站的信号质量。
步骤 302 , 源小区的网元将 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给 目标小区的网元;
具体的, 源小区的网元通过 X2接口上的消息或利用转发方式, 将 UE 当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元; 源小区的网元即源 网元, 是指 UE切换前所在的小区的网元, 例如基站(eNB )、 移动性管理 节点( MME, Mobility Management Entity )或多小区 /多播协作实体( MCE , Multi-cell/Multicast Coordination Entity ), 目标小区的网元即目标网元, 是指 UE切换后的目标小区的网元, 例如基站( eNB )、 MME或 MCE;
UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息为新增 IE, 具体为 UE当前正在接 收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息; 所述 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息是指当前 UE是否正在接收 MBMS ,和 /或正在接收的 MBMS, 和 /或发送 MBMS的 MBSFN区域, 和 /或发送的 MBMS的配置信息等; 例 如, UE当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息可以包括以下信息中 的一个或多个: MBMS业务 ID( MBMS Service ID )、 MBMS会话 ID( MBMS session ID )、 MBSFN区域 ID ( MBSFN area ID )、 MBSFN区域配置( MBSFN Area Configuration ), MBMS 点到多点无线承载配置 (MBMS PTM radio bearer configuration )等;
X2接口上的消息可以是利用现有消息或新的消息, 其中, 现有消息可 以是切换请求 (Handover Request ) 消息、 或 X2接口的建立请求 (Setup Request ) 消息、 或基站配置更新 ( eNB Configuration Update ) 消息、 或移 动性改变请求( Mobility Change Reques ) 消息等; 新的消息可以是 MBMS 业务接收状态报告( MBMS Service Reception Status Report ) 消息; 目标网 元可以根据接收到的消息的类型, 确定是否进行反馈;
一般情况下, 源网元通过 X2接口将消息发送给目标网元, 但是当源网 元与目标网元之间没有直接的 X2接口或 X2接口不可用时, 可以通过转发 方式将消息发送给目标网元;转发方式是指源网元将承载 UE当前的 MBMS 的接收状况信息的消息通过 S1接口发送到 MME, 然后再由 MME通过与 目标网元之间的 S1 接口转发给目标网元, 或源网元将承载 UE 当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息的消息通过 X2接口发送到其他相邻的网元, 再由 该相邻的网元通过 X2接口将消息发送给目标网元, 或源网元也可以通过 M2接口将承载 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息的消息发送给 MCE , 再 由 MCE转发给目标网元; 这里, 当源网元和目标网元分别为 MME和 /或 MCE时,可通过 MME与 MME之间、和 /或 MCE与 MCE之间、和 /或 MME 和 MCE之间的接口传输消息; 除了利用上述的接口的现有消息, 承载 UE 当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息的消息也可以利用新的消息, 新的消息是所 述转发方式中涉及到的一些接口上的新的消息, 例如 S1接口上的消息, 或 多个相邻的网元的 X2接口上的消息, 或 M2接口或 M3接口上的消息; 目标网元存储收到的 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息, 并通知源网 元释放与该 UE有关的信息; 当该目标网元需要控制所述 UE切换到新的网 元时, 首先查询自身存储的所述 MBMS接收状况信息, 然后根据该接收状 况信息为 UE选择目标网元,尽量确保该 UE正在接收的 MBMS不会中断; 此外, 当该目标网元为 UE配置测量间隔时,可以尽量将测量间隔配置在非
MBMS的业务帧上, 以保证 UE正在接收的 MBMS不中断。
可以发现, 本实施例中, 在切换过程中, 源网元通过 X2接口或转发方 式将 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息通知目标网元, 使得 目标网元可以获得 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息, 在下次切换中可以 为该 UE优先选择可以保持业务连续性的目标网元; 此外, 目标网元在为该 UE配置测量间隔时, 可以根据 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息, 将测 量间隔配置在非 MBMS 的业务帧上, 从而避免 UE的测量间隔和 MBMS 的接收的发生冲突。 通过本实施例中的方法, 提高 UE接收 MBMS的连续 性且给用户带来了良好的业务体验。
为实现上述方法, 本发明还提供一种网元获取用户设备的接收状况信 息的系统, 图 4是本发明网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的系统的结构 示意图,是与实施例一的方法对应的系统,如图 4所示,该系统包括: UE 41、 目标小区的网元 42; 其中,
UE 41 , 用于自身开始向目标小区切换时, 将自身当前的 MBMS的接 收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元 42;
目标小区的网元 42 ,用于接收 UE 41发送的当前的 MBMS的接收状况 信息。
所述 UE 41为具有 MBMS接收能力的和 /或正在接收 MBMS或感兴趣 接收 MBMS的, 且处于 RRC连接态的 UE;
所述 UE 41当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息为 UE当前正在接收或感兴 趣接收的 MBMS的信息;
所述 UE 41当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息包括当前 UE 是否正在接收 MBMS , 和 /或正在接收的 MBMS , 和 /或发送 MBMS 的 MBSFN区域, 和 /或发送的 MBMS的配置信息。 所述 UE 41开始向目标小区切换时,将自身当前的 MBMS的接收状况 信息发送给目标小区的网元 42为: UE 41由源小区向目标小区切换时, 或 UE 41初次接入目标小区时, UE 41利用消息将自身当前的 MBMS的接收 状况信息发送给目标小区的网元 42;
所述消息为 RRC连接重配置完成消息或 RRC连接重建立请求消息或
RRC连接重建立完成消息或新增的 RRC消息。
图 5是本发明网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的系统的结构示意图, 是与实施例二的方法对应的系统, 如图 5 所示, 该系统包括: 源小区的网 元 51、 目标小区的网元 52; 其中,
源小区的网元 51 , 用于 UE 由源小区开始向目标小区切换时, 将 UE 当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元 52;
目标小区的网元 52, 用于接收源小区的网元 51发送的当前的 MBMS 的接收状况信息。
所述 UE为具有 MBMS接收能力的和 /或正在接收 MBMS或感兴趣接 收 MBMS的, 且处于 RRC连接态的 UE;
所述 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息为 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣 接收的 MBMS的信息;
所述 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息包括当前 UE是 否正在接收 MBMS,和 /或正在接收的 MBMS,和 /或发送 MBMS的 MBSFN 区域, 和 /或发送的 MBMS的配置信息。
所述源小区的网元 51将 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标 小区的网元 52为:源小区的网元 51通过 X2接口上的消息或利用转发方式, 将 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元 52。
所述 X2接口上的消息为切换请求消息、 X2接口的建立请求消息、 基 站配置更新消息、 移动性改变请求消息、 MBMS服务接收现状报告消息; 所述转发方式为源小区的网元将承载 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信 息的消息通过 S 1接口发送到 MME , 再由 MME通过与目标网元之间的 S 1 接口转发给目标小区的网元, 或源小区的网元将承载 UE当前的 MBMS的 接收状况信息的消息通过 X2接口发送到其他相邻的网元,再由该相邻的网 元通过 X2接口将消息发送给目标小区的网元,或源小区的网元通过 M2接 口将承载 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息的消息发送给 MCE,再由 MCE 转发给目标小区的网元。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的方法, 其特征在于, 该方 法包括:
用户设备(UE )开始向目标小区切换时, 将自身当前的多媒体广播多 播业务(MBMS ) 的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元;
或 UE 由源小区开始向目标小区切换时, 源小区的网元将 UE 当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE为具有 MBMS 接收能力的和 /或正在接收 MBMS或感兴趣接收 MBMS的 , 且处于无线资 源控制协议( RRC )连接态的 UE。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息为 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣 接收的 MBMS的信息;
所述 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息包括当前 UE是 否正在接收 MBMS,和 /或正在接收的 MBMS,和 /或发送 MBMS的 MBSFN 区域, 和 /或发送的 MBMS的配置信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE开始向目标小 区切换时,将自身当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元为:
UE由源小区向目标小区切换时, 或 UE初次接入目标小区时, UE利 用消息将自身当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元;
所述消息为 RRC连接重配置完成消息或 RRC连接重建立请求消息或 RRC连接重建立完成消息或新增的 RRC消息。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述源小区的网元将 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元为:
源小区的网元通过 X2接口上的消息或利用转发方式, 将 UE 当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述 X2接口上的消息为切换请求消息、 或 X2接口的建立请求消息、 或基站配置更新消息、 或移动性改变请求消息、 或 MBMS服务接收现状报 告消息;
所述转发方式为源小区的网元将承载 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信 息的消息通过 S1接口发送到移动性管理节点(MME ) , 再由 MME通过与 目标网元之间的 S1 接口转发给目标小区的网元, 或源小区的网元将承载 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息的消息通过 X2接口发送到其他相邻的网 元, 再由该相邻的网元通过 X2接口将消息发送给目标小区的网元, 或源小 区的网元通过 M2接口将承载 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息的消息发 送给多小区 /多播协作实体(MCE ) , 再由 MCE转发给目标小区的网元。
7、 一种网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的系统, 其特征在于, 该系 统包括: UE、 目标小区的网元; 其中,
UE,用于自身开始向目标小区切换时,将自身当前的 MBMS的接收状 况信息发送给目标小区的网元;
目标小区的网元,用于接收 UE发送的当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述 UE为具有 MBMS接收能力的和 /或正在接收 MBMS或感兴趣接 收 MBMS的, 且处于 RRC连接态的 UE;
所述 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息为 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣 接收的 MBMS的信息;
所述 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣接收的 MBMS的信息包括当前 UE是 否正在接收 MBMS,和 /或正在接收的 MBMS,和 /或发送 MBMS的 MBSFN 区域, 和 /或发送的 MBMS的配置信息。
9、 一种网元获取用户设备的接收状况信息的系统, 其特征在于, 该系 统包括: 源小区的网元、 目标小区的网元; 其中,
源小区的网元, 用于 UE由源小区开始向目标小区切换时, 将 UE当前 的 MBMS的接收状况信息发送给目标小区的网元;
目标小区的网元, 用于接收源小区的网元发送的当前的 MBMS的接收 状况信息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述 UE为具有 MBMS接收能力的和 /或正在接收 MBMS或感兴趣接 收 MBMS的, 且处于 RRC连接态的 UE;
所述 UE当前的 MBMS的接收状况信息为 UE当前正在接收或感兴趣 接收的 MBMS的信息;
