Abstract

La présente invention concerne un gant de sport de protection. Le gant peut être utilisé par des athlètes en cours d'entraînement ou lors d'une épreuve de combat impliquant de la frappe à des fins de protection contre les blessures et à des fins d'augmentation de la performance, notamment, mais sans s'y limiter, du transfert total de la force, de la force de préhension, de la force et la vitesse de frappe, de l'endurance musculaire, du délai de contraction, etc. Ces gants ont un système d'attache de poignet à bande double réglable permettant d'assujettir les gants par rapport au contour des mains et permettant de garantir qu'ils restent serrés et fixes. Le système à bande double vise à procurer une plus grande rigidité au niveau des poignets et des mains de manière similaire au serrage de bandes pour les mains pour un support maximum des os et des tendons des mains et des poignets. Le système permet d'augmenter le transfert de force jusqu'au point d'impact.
