  • D-ribose added in proportional amounts has been found to impart an energetic property to the sweetener. Then, with the use of D-ribose, two sweetener compositions were obtained, in this case a natural energy sweetener, one in powder form and one in liquid form.
  • the natural energy sweetener powder comprises an amount of 1 to 10 grams of D-ribose; from 20 to 50 mg of liquid han guo; and an amount of 0.5 to 2% silicon dioxide. These three components are deposited in a V blender and mixed for approximately 30 minutes to obtain homogeneity of the composition. After this homogenization the product can be packed in sachets or jars.

  • These components are ground and homogenized in a High Shear mixer for 10 minutes to obtain homogeneity of the composition. After this homogenization the product can be filled in dropper bottle. With this variation in composition a natural energy sweetener is obtained in its liquid form.

Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions pour édulcorant énergétique naturel et un produit édulcorant obtenu à partir de ces compositions, et notamment des compositions pour l'obtention d'un édulcorant énergétique naturel, contenant du D-ribose, utilisé dans le secteur alimentaire pour édulcorer des boissons en général, et dont une première composition renferme une quantité de 1 à 10 grammes de D-ribose, entre 20 et 50 mg de Luo Han Guo, et entre 0,5 et 2% de dioxyde de silicium, ladite composition permettant d'obtenir un produit édulcorant sous forme de poudre, une seconde composition permettant d'obtenir un édulcorant énergétique naturel liquide comprenant une quantité de l'ordre de 100 à 800 mg de D-ribose, de 10 à 50 mg d'un extrait de Luo Han Guo, de 0,1 à 0,8% de benzoate de sodium comme conservateur, de 0,1 à 0,5% de sorbate de potassium comme conservateur et de l'eau en quantité suffisante pour 100 ml.
