Abstract

Um einen Rotor (1) für eine Windkraftanlage (2), mit einer um eine Rotationsachse (15) rotierbaren Nabe (6) und einer Anzahl an der Nabe (6) befestigter Rotorblätter, wobei mindestens ein Rotorblatt mindestens einen Krümmungsabschnitt (8) mit einer Krümmung in stromaufwärtiger Richtung aufweist, derart zu optimieren, dass die Leistungsfähigkeit von Windkraftanlagen (2) erhöht wird, wird vorgeschlagen, dass ein sich vom nabenseitigen Ende erstreckender Sockelabschnitt (7) des gekrümmten Rotorblatts (5) mit seiner Längsachse (14) in einem Vorhaltewinkel (11) in stromaufwärtiger Richtung zu einer zur Rotationsachse (15) orthogonalen Ebene (16) angeordnet ist.
