Abstract
本发明公开了一种数据业务保护方法及装置,上述方法包括:当有语音呼叫接入时,判断终端是否处于数据业务状态;当终端处于数据业务状态时,拒绝该语音呼叫。通过本发明提供的技术方案,解决了现有技术中重要数据传输会被语音呼叫打断的问题,进而达到了保护重要数据传输的效果。
Description
数据业务保护方法及装置 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种数据业务保护方法及装置。 背景技术 现代手机的使用过程中, 数据业务的使用越来越普及, 如使用手机收发邮件、 浏 览网页、 使用 QQ 或其它及时通讯软件。 但是由于技术的限制, 不支持 DTM (Dual Transfer Mode,双传输模式)的 GSM以及单天线的 1X/EVD0( IX Evolution Data Only, CDMA2000 IX演进的第一阶段) 手机都无法支持语音数据的并发。 一般的运营商都 要求语音业务优先, 也就是说在数据业务过程中如果有来电, 那么就会优先处理语音 来电而将数据业务挂起, 但如果此时用户正在进行重要数据的传输就会被打断, 这就 会带来很差的用户体验。 语音呼叫一般网络侧会发一个 page (寻呼) 消息给移动终端, 移动终端通过 page 消息中的 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, 国际移动用户识 别码)、 TIMSI (Temporary IMSI, 临时国际移动用户识别码)或 ESN (Electronic Serial Numbers, 电子序列号) 等来判断是否为发给本机的 page。 如果是, 则会通过 page消 息中的其他字段来判断 page原因, 如果是语音呼叫, 终端就会响应此呼叫, 发起一次 语音呼叫的流程并将当前的数据业务挂起, 从而导致数据传输中断。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种数据业务保护方法及装置, 以解决上述问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种数据业务保护方法, 包括: 当有语音呼叫接 入时, 判断终端是否处于数据业务状态; 当终端处于数据业务状态时, 拒绝该语音呼 叫^ 在当有语音呼叫接入时, 判断终端是否处于数据业务状态之前还包括: 响应于用 户的操作设置终端是否在处于数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼叫。 当终端处于数据业务状态时,拒绝该语音呼叫包括: 当终端处于数据业务状态时, 判断终端是否设置为在处于数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼叫; 当判断结果为是时, 拒绝 该语音呼叫。
拒绝语音呼叫包括: 忽略针对终端的寻呼信息。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种数据业务保护装置, 包括: 状态检测模块, 设置为在有语音呼叫接入时, 判断终端是否处于数据业务状态; 呼叫拒绝模块, 设置 为在终端处于数据业务状态时, 拒绝该语音呼叫。 上述装置还包括: 拒绝设置模块, 设置为响应于用户的操作设置终端是否在处于 数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼叫。 呼叫拒绝模块包括: 拒绝判断单元, 设置为在终端处于数据业务状态时, 判断终 端是否设置为在处于数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼叫; 拒绝执行单元, 设置为在判断结 果为是时, 拒绝语音呼叫。 呼叫拒绝模块通过忽略针对终端的寻呼信息拒绝语音呼叫。 通过本发明, 采用当终端处于数据业务状态时, 拒绝语音呼叫接入的方案, 解决 了现有技术中重要数据传输会被语音呼叫打断的问题, 进而达到了保护重要数据传输 的效果。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1是根据本发明实施例的数据业务保护方法的流程图; 图 2是根据本发明优选实施例的数据业务保护方法的流程图; 图 3是根据本发明实例的数据业务保护方法的流程示意图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例的数据业务保护装置的结构框图; 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例的数据业务保护装置的结构框图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
图 1是根据本发明实施例的数据业务保护方法的流程图。 如图 1所示, 根据本发 明实施例的数据业务保护方法包括: 步骤 S102, 当有语音呼叫接入时, 判断终端是否处于数据业务状态; 步骤 S104, 当终端处于数据业务状态时, 拒绝该语音呼叫。 上述方法提供了一种数据业务保护机制, 即在终端处于数据业务状态时, 或者说 终端正在进行的数据传输时, 拒绝接入的语音呼叫, 这样正在进行的数据传输就不会 中断了。 上述方法为正在进行的数据传输提供了保护, 由其是对于那些十分重要的数 据传输, 提高了用户体验。 优选地,步骤 S102之前还可以进一步包括以下处理: 响应于用户的操作设置上述 终端是否在处于数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼叫。 终端用户可以根据使用习惯或者不同的需要, 灵活的设置是否启用上述的数据业 务保护机制。 优选地, 步骤 S104可以进一步包括以下处理:
( 1 )当终端处于数据业务状态时,判断终端是否设置为在处于数据业务状态时拒 绝语音呼叫;
(2) 当判断结果为是时, 拒绝接入的语音呼叫。 由于用户可以自行设置是否启用数据业务保护功能, 因此在终端处于数据业务状 态且有语音呼叫接入时, 就要判断用户是否开启了数据业务保护功能, 只有在用户开 启了数据业务保护功能的情况下, 才能拒绝接入的语音呼叫, 否则还是要挂起正在进 行的数据传输, 发起语音呼叫流程。 优选地, 步骤 S104中, 拒绝该语音呼叫可以进一步包括: 忽略针对该终端的寻呼 信息。 对语音呼叫来说, 一般网络侧会发一个 page 消息给移动终端来触发整个呼叫流 程, 因此可以采用忽略该 page消息的方法来拒绝要接入的语音呼叫, 这里所说的忽略 就是不响应该 page消息。 综上所述, 如图 2所示, 根据本发明优选实施例的数据业务保护方法可以包括以 下步骤:
步骤 S202, 响应于用户的设置, 终端开启或关闭数据业务保护功能, 即是否在处 于数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼叫。 在具体实施过程中, 可以设置一开关, 使用户可以 通过设置该开关的状态, 来确定是否在数据业务过程中拒绝语音呼叫; 步骤 S204, 判断终端是否处于数据业务状态; 步骤 S206, 判端是否响应语音呼叫, 即判断用户是否开启了数据业务保护功能; 步骤 S208, 根据上述判断的结果决定是否发起语音呼叫流程。 下面结合实例及图 3对上述优选实施例进行详细说明, 根据本发明实例的数据业 务保护方法包括: 步骤 S302, 用户设置数据业务过程中语音来电(呼叫)拒绝(数据业务保护功能) 开关; 步骤 S304, 判断终端是否处于数据业务过程中; 步骤 S306, 判断是否需要响应 page消息, 如果用户开启了数据业务过程中拒绝 语音来电且用户正处于数据业务过程中, 则拒绝语音来电, 否则响应语音来电; 步骤 S308, 如果判断为拒绝语音来电, 则不响应 page消息, 继续进行数据业务, 不做任何其他处理; 步骤 S310, 如果判断为响应语音来电, 则响应 page消息, 发起语音呼叫流程, 中断数据业务。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的数据业务保护装置的结构框图。 如图 4所示, 根据本 发明实施例的数据业务保护装置包括: 状态检测模块 42,设置为在有语音呼叫接入时,判断终端是否处于数据业务状态; 呼叫拒绝模块 44, 连接至状态检测模块 42, 设置为在终端处于数据业务状态时, 拒绝该语音呼叫。 上述装置为终端提供了一种数据业务保护机制, 包含上述装置的终端在处于数据 业务状态或者说正在进行的数据传输时, 会拒绝接入的语音呼叫, 以保护正在进行的 数据传输, 从而可以使数据传输顺利的进行, 提高了用户体验。 优选地, 如图 5所示, 根据本发明优选实施例的数据业务保护装置可以进一步包
括: 拒绝设置模块 40,连接至呼叫拒绝模块 44, 设置为响应于用户的操作设置终端是 否在处于数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼叫。 终端用户可以根据使用习惯或者不同的需要,通过拒绝设置模块 40灵活的设置是 否启用上述的数据业务保护机制。 优选地, 呼叫拒绝模块 44可以进一步包括: 拒绝判断单元 442, 设置为在终端处于数据业务状态时, 判断终端是否设置为在 处于数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼叫; 拒绝执行单元 444,连接至拒绝判断单元 442, 设置为在拒绝判断单元 442的判断 结果为是时, 拒绝接入的语音呼叫。 由于用户可以自行设置是否启用数据业务保护功能, 因此在终端处于数据业务状 态且有语音呼叫接入时, 拒绝判断单元 442就要判断用户是否开启了数据业务保护功 能, 只有在用户开启了数据业务保护功能的情况下, 拒绝执行单元 444才能拒绝接入 的语音呼叫。 优选地, 呼叫拒绝模块 44可以通过忽略针对终端的寻呼信息拒绝语音呼叫。 对语音呼叫来说, 一般网络侧会发一个 page 消息给移动终端来触发整个呼叫流 程, 因此拒绝模块 44可以采用忽略该 page消息的方法来拒绝要接入的语音呼叫, 这 里所说的忽略就是不响应该 page消息。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明提供了一种数据业务保护方案, 使得终端可 以在数据业务过程中拒绝语音来电, 从而使终端用户可以通过简单的设置使得在进行 重要数据传输时不会被语音呼叫打断, 从而放心地传输数据。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。

当有语音呼叫接入时, 判断终端是否处于数据业务状态; 当所述终端处于数据业务状态时, 拒绝所述语音呼叫。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在当有语音呼叫接入时, 判断终端是否处 于数据业务状态之前还包括:
响应于用户的操作设置所述终端是否在处于数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼 叫^
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 当所述终端处于数据业务状态时, 拒绝所 述语音呼叫包括: 当所述终端处于数据业务状态时, 判断所述终端是否设置为在处于数据业 务状态时拒绝语音呼叫;
当判断结果为是时, 拒绝所述语音呼叫。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其中, 拒绝所述语音呼叫包括: 忽略针对所述终端的寻呼信息。
5. 一种数据业务保护装置, 包括:
状态检测模块, 设置为在有语音呼叫接入时, 判断终端是否处于数据业务 状态;
呼叫拒绝模块, 设置为在所述终端处于数据业务状态时, 拒绝所述语音呼 叫^
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的装置, 其中, 还包括: 拒绝设置模块, 设置为响应于用户的操作设置所述终端是否在处于数据业 务状态时拒绝语音呼叫。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述呼叫拒绝模块包括:
拒绝判断单元, 设置为在所述终端处于数据业务状态时, 判断所述终端是 否设置为在处于数据业务状态时拒绝语音呼叫; 拒绝执行单元, 设置为在判断结果为是时, 拒绝所述语音呼叫。
8. 根据权利要求 5至 7任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述呼叫拒绝模块通过忽略针 对所述终端的寻呼信息拒绝所述语音呼叫。
