Abstract

Provided is a method for separating a graphene thin film. The method for separating a graphene thin film involves sequentially forming a magnetic catalyst layer and a graphene thin layer on a substrate, positioning a magnetic field-applying tool on the graphene thin layer, applying a magnetic field through the magnetic field-applying tool to separate the magnetic catalyst layer having the graphene thin layer from the substrate, then separating the graphene thin layer from the magnetic catalyst layer, thereby separating the graphene thin film in a safe and easy manner.
