Abstract

본 발명은 산소이온 전도성 고체전해질과 산화물전극간의 접합력을 더욱 향상시키면서 센서의 감도율을 향상시키기 위한 것으로, 산소이온 전도성 그린시트를 준비하는 단계와, 솔벤트와 금속산화물로 구비된 제1파우더와 폴리머로 구비된 제2파우더와 바인더를 포함하는 페이스트를 준비하는 단계와, 상기 그린시트 상에 상기 페이스트를 도포하는 단계와, 상기 그린시트가 산소이온 전도성 고체전해질을 형성하도록 상기 그린시트 소결하는 단계와, 상기 페이스트가 상기 고체전해질과 접하는 금속산화물 전극을 형성하도록 상기 페이스트를 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 질소산화물 가스센서의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 질소산화물 가스센서를 제공한다.
