粮食翻仓机
技术领域:
本发明属于粮食仓储机械技术领域, 尤其涉及到粮食翻仓的机械。
技术背景:
我国目前粮食仓储的翻仓工作, 都是纯人工作业, 不仅翻仓速度慢、 浪费劳 动力、 劳动强度大, 而且翻仓的深度和质量也难以保证, 特别对于表面板结和水 分梯度值较高的粮食, 就更加需要翻仓机械来实现翻仓。 因此, 急需发明一种翻 仓机械, 解决目前我国粮食仓储的人力翻仓问题, 达到节约劳动力, 降低劳动强 度, 翻仓速度快、 质量高的目的的机械来完成翻仓工作。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是解决目前粮食仓储中人力粮食翻仓的实际问题,以达到粮食 翻仓机械化, 实现粮食翻仓速度快, 节约劳动力, 保证粮食仓储质量, 节约成本 的目的。
为达到上述目的, 本发明解决问题的技术方案是:
粮食翻仓机, 由平衡盘, 驱动电机, 螺旋输送器构成, 其特征是, 驱动电机 位于平衡盘顶部,螺旋输送器穿过平衡盘与驱动电机转轴固定相连,平衡盘顶部 两侧对称安装有调节插板, 调节插板插入粮层内,转动调节插板进而调节翻仓机 行走方向; 所述的平衡盘后侧开有排粮口, 在驱动电机的作用下, 粮食经螺旋输 送器由粮层底部输送至排粮口排出, 同时产生向前的推力, 推动翻仓机行驶。

所述的平衡盘上还装有多机连接管, 可以实现多台设备组合使用。
本发明的工作过程和原理是: 需要进行翻仓作业时, 把翻仓机置入粮仓, 将 排粮口朝下, 螺旋输送器垂直放置。 开启驱动电机, 带动螺旋输送器开始运转, 轻推拉手辅助螺旋输送器缓慢插入粮层内,直至平衡盘水平处于粮层表面。螺旋 输送器将粮堆下层的粮食输送到粮堆上层,而粮堆原来上层的粮食自动塌陷落到 下层, 达到翻倒和混合的目的。粮食由扇形排粮口排出, 与此同时粮食在排出粮 口时, 产生一个向前的推力, 驱动翻仓机向前行驶。转动调节插板控制调节行走 方向,通过在调节插板的转轴上设置旋钮可以灵活控制翻仓机的前行方向, 以达 到完成整仓的翻倒作业。翻仓结束后, 拉起拉手使翻仓机缓慢浮出粮层。 当粮仓 较大时可以通过平衡盘顶部的多机连接管进行多机组合作业,可大大缩短翻仓时 间、 提高翻仓效率。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示, 粮食翻仓机由平衡盘 2, 驱动电机 3, 螺旋输送器 3构成, 平衡 盘 2上安装有拉手 1, 驱动电机 3安装固定于平衡盘 2顶部, 螺旋输送器 3穿过 平衡盘 2与驱动电机 1转轴固定相连, 平衡盘 2两侧顶部对称安装调节插板 7插 入粮层内, 转动调节插板 7调节翻仓机行走方向。 调节插板 7可以转动并定位。
所述的平衡盘 2后侧开有排粮口 6, 在驱动电机 2的作用下, 粮食经螺旋输 送器 4由粮层底部输送至排粮口 6排出,同时产生向前的推力,推动翻仓机行驶。
所述的平衡盘 2上可以装有多机连接管 5, 可以实现多台设备组合使用。 需要进行翻仓作业时, 把翻仓机置入粮仓, 将排粮口 6朝下, 螺旋输送器 4 垂直放置。 开启驱动电机 3, 带动螺旋输送器 4开始运转, 轻推拉手 1辅助螺旋 输送器 4缓慢插入粮层内,直至平衡盘 2水平处于粮层表面。螺旋输送器 4将粮 堆下层的粮食输送到粮堆上层,而粮堆原来上层的粮食自动塌陷落到下层,达到 翻倒和混合的目的。粮食由扇形排粮口 6排出, 与此同时粮食在排出粮口时, 产 生一个向前的推力, 驱动翻仓机向前行驶。调节插板 7控制调节行走方向, 通过 旋钮 8可以灵活控制翻仓机的前行方向, 以达到完成整仓的翻倒作业。翻仓结束 后, 拉起拉手 1使翻仓机缓慢浮出粮层。 当粮仓较大时可以通过平衡盘 2顶部的 多机连接管 5进行多机组合作业, 可大大缩短翻仓时间、 提高翻仓效率。

1 . 粮食翻仓机, 由平衡盘, 驱动电机, 螺旋输送器构成, 其特征是, 驱动 电机位于平衡盘顶部,螺旋输送器穿过平衡盘与驱动电机转轴固定相连,所述的 平衡盘后侧开有排粮口,在驱动电机的作用下,粮食经螺旋输送器由粮层底部输 送至排粮口排出, 同时产生向前的推力, 推动翻仓机行驶。
