Abstract
A fly trap comprises a mesh cap or transparent cover (1), a plate (2) with a hole in the center, stands (3) and a bait container (4). The mesh cap or transparent cover (1) is attached to the plate (2), and the plate (2) is supported by stands (3). The bait container is placed under the plate (2).
Description
FLY TRAP
This invention is a new variation of a fly trap. The components of the device are a mesh cap or a transparent cover, a plate with a hole in the center, stands, and a container for fly bait, which is to be placed underneath the hole.
The purpose of this device is to catch flies in a eco-friendly manner. The fly trap is mobile and can be moved to other areas. Flies dairy infectious disease and are capable of transmitting it to others. Use FLY TRAPER to inhibit the spread of contagious disease by luring the flies into the trap.
There are a variety of ways to deal with flies. However, most of these options destroy the environment due to the use of chemicals. Some people may use transparent plastic bags filled with water, which are hung to lure flies. Finding a place to hang the bags may be a problem. These problems have led to a search for new methods to catch flies more easily and conveniently.
Files like flying towards top direction when there are disturbances in their environment. This behavior led to the design for a new fly trap. When the baits are placed underneath the container, the flies will be lured to the device. As more flies gather around the bait, more noise will be generated. The flies will instinctively panic and fly through the hole of the plate and into the mesh cap or the transparent cover. This method traps flies easily and efficiently.
Figure 1 shows the components of the device. Figure 2 shows the mesh cap or transparent cover (1) is attached to the plate (2) with a hole (the plate can be separated from the cap). Under the plate (2), there are stands (3), and a bait container (4)
Guideline:
1. When we place the baits in the fly bait container(s), it will cause a swarm of flies to fly into the trap. 2. When a large amount of flies are concentrated under the fly trap, there will be an increase in noise. Due to the increase, i flies will instinctively sense danger and fly through the hole on the bottom plate (2) into the mesh cap or transparent cover (1).
3. The flies that are scared will fly into the fly trap. The flies cannot go out the trap and will die inside after a period of time. 4. Clean the trap after it has successfully trapped and killed the flies.
The trap causes the flies to fly through the hole because the flies are attracted to the container (4) of bait placed underneath the trap. Flies fly upwards through the hole when they are scared and will not fly out The design of FLY TRAPPER makes it easy to use in a variety of locations.
5. Diagrams:
Figure 1 shows the fly trap device. Figure 2 shows the components of the device (mark it on the diagram, number it 1,2,3,4) (1) Shows the mesh cap or transparent cover of the device.
(2) Shows the plate with a hole
(3) Shows the stands which are to be mounted onto the plate.
(4) Shows the container for placing baits catch flies.
Claims
1. When the bait placed in the fly bait container (4), flies will fly towards it.
2. When more flies are attracted to the bait, the flies will fly through the hole of the plate (2) into the mesh cap or transparent cover (1).
3. Flies fly into the fly trap and will be unable to leave the device.
4. The trap causes the flies to fly through the hole because the flies are attracted to the container (4) of bait placed underneath the trap. The flies scared and will fly towards top direction through the hole into the mesh cap or transparent cover. The flies that are trapped in Fly Trapper will eventually die due to exhaustion and starvation and should be disposed of.
