Abstract

The invention relates to a cushion part, in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising a foam element and a cover that covers the foam element, said cover being fastened to the foam element by means of a zipper, wherein a fabric strip of a zipper half is foamed into the foam element at the base of a basting groove provided in the foam element. The aim of the invention is to provide a zipper that enables a curved course of the basting point between the cover and the foam element and at the same time reliably prevents foam from reaching the teeth or closing elements when a half of the zipper is foamed in. Said aim is achieved in that flexible sealing elements (4-10) are integrated into the fabric strip (2) of the zipper half (1) and prevent foam from entering the basting groove (14) when the fabric strip (2) of the zipper half (1) is foamed in.
