Abstract
La présente invention a trait à un système d'absorption phonique (10) qui inclut une couche de surface perméable à l'air (12) ; un premier volume de support (14) qui est adjacent à la couche de surface (12) ; un substrat perforé (16) qui est adjacent au premier volume de support (14) ; un second volume de support (18) qui est en communication avec le premier volume de support (14) au moyen du substrat perforé (16), et une couche réfléchissante (26) qui est adjacente au second volume de support (18). Même lorsque le premier volume de support (14) ne dispose pas des dimensions nécessaires pour obtenir les propriétés d'absorption phonique voulues, dans la mesure où le premier volume de support (14) est en communication avec le second volume de support (18) au moyen d'un trou traversant (20) du substrat perforé (16), il est possible d'obtenir les propriétés d'absorption phonique voulues grâce à la présence du second volume de support (18), sans augmenter les dimensions du premier volume de support (14).
