Abstract

A system for integrated queries routing and processing including an interactive unified internet enabled interface (IUI) adapted to collect, process, and track queries pertaining to at least one vendor, the IUI adapted to relay feedback pertaining to state, updates and progress of queries; a first server adapted to: receive a query; validate unique credentials of a user of the IUI, categorize said queries; and map said categorized queries to a vendor set containing at least one vendor element; routing means adapted to: route said categorized queries to at least one second server/s marked with statistical flags; and route acknowledgement, query status updates, information, response, and feedback pertaining to said queries from said at least one second server/s to said IUI; and parsing means adapted to parse queries generated in various configurations and formats. Other embodiments also disclosed.
