Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektromagnetische Stellvorrichtung, insbesondere Nockenwellen-Verstellvorrichtung, mit einer als Reaktion auf eine Bestromung einer stationären, axial ausgerichteten Spuleneinheit (10) entlang der oder parallel zur axialen Richtung antreibbaren Ankereinheit (14), die zum Zusammenwirken mit einer sich in der axialen Richtung erstreckenden Schieber- und/oder Stößeleinheit (16), insbesondere einer eine Nockenwellenverstellung eines Verbrennungsmotors bewirkenden Stößeleinheit, ausgebildet ist, wobei an und/oder in der Ankereinheit und/oder der Schieber- bzw. Stößeleinheit Permanentmagnetmittel (14) vorgesehen sind und die Spuleneinheit und die Ankereinheit zumindest teilweise in einer Gehäuse- oder Trägereinheit aufgenommen sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Trägereinheit zum berührungslosen magnetischen Zusammenwirken mit den Permanentmagnetmitteln ausgebildete stationäre Magnetfeld-Detektionsmittel (22) zugeordnet und so ausgebildet sind, dass in einem Bestromungs- sowie einem Nicht- Bestromungszustand der Spuleneinheit durch Auswertung eines Magnetfeld- Detektionssignals der Magnetfeld-Detektionsmittel eine axiale Position der Ankereinheit und/oder der Schieber- bzw. Stößeleinheit elektronisch ermittelbar ist und der Spuleneinheit magnetische Flussleitmittel (30, 32; 34; 36; 38; 40, 42) so zugeordnet sind, dass diese ein von der Spuleneinheit erzeugtes magnetisches Spulenfeld von den Magnetfeld-Detektionsmitteln ableiten und/oder gegenüber diesen abschwächen.
