Abstract

Le traitement acoustique ultrasonore focalisé est utilisé pour préparer des formulations de particules dans la plage d'approximativement 10 nm à approximativement 50 microns (par exemple, de 1 micron à 20 microns), ou d'approximativement 10 nm à approximativement 400 nm (par exemple, de 10 nm à 100 nm). Les formulations (par exemple, les nanoformulations) peuvent comprendre une suspension (par exemple, une nanosuspension), une émulsion (par exemple, une nanoémulsion) ou tout autre système à petites particules. Les formulations peuvent être utilisées en tant que systèmes de délivrance d'agents thérapeutiques. Une formulation peut également inclure une suspension de particules de la taille du micron ou d'une taille inférieure au micron dispersées dans un solvant.
