Description
上述の実施形態においては、上ケース200に複数の上側差込片240を設けると共に下ケース100に複数の下側差込片150を設けた。しかしながら、本発明の範囲はこのような実施形態に限定されるものではない。例えば、上ケース200にのみ単数又は複数の上側差込片240を設けることも、下ケース100にのみ単数又は複数の下側差込片150を設けることも可能である。

Claims (13)
- 下ケース及び前記下ケースと接合される上ケースから構成される二次電池用収納ケースと、前記二次電池収納ケース内に収納される二次電池と、を備える電池パックであって、
前記下ケースは、底板と、前記底板の周縁部に上側に向かうように立設され、左右側壁及び前後側壁からなる周側壁とを有し、
前記上ケースは、天板と、前記天板の周縁部に下側に向かうように立設され、左右側壁及び後側壁からなる周側壁とを有し、
前記下ケースの前側壁の上部には後側に突出する屋根板部が設けられ、
前記上ケースは、前記天板の前部に、前記屋根板部の下側に接して差し込まれる屋根差込片を有し、
前記上ケースの後側壁に設けられ、前記下ケースの後側壁の前側に接して差し込まれる上側差込片、及び、前記下ケースの後側壁に設けられ、前記上ケースの後側壁の前側に接して差し込まれる下側差込片のうち少なくとも一方を有し、
前記上ケースの屋根差込片が前記下ケースの屋根板部の下側に接して差込まれると共に、前記上側差込片の前記下ケースの後側壁の前側に接しての差込み、及び、前記下側差込片の前記上ケースの後側壁の前側に接しての差込みのうち少なくとも一方により、前記上ケースの天板及び周側壁並びに前記下ケースの底板及び周側壁にて囲まれた空間が二次電池収納用空間とされて前記二次電池が前記二次電池収納ケース内に収納されることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記上ケースの上側差込片には係止凹部が設けられ、
前記下ケースの後側壁の前側には、前記係止凹部に嵌め込まれて係止可能な係止部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記下ケースの下側差込片には係止凹部が設けられ、
前記上ケースの後側壁の前側には、前記係止凹部に嵌め込まれて係止可能な係止部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記上ケースの後側壁の前側には、前記下ケースの下側差込片が差し込まれる差込用凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記下ケースの屋根板部の下側には、前記上ケースの屋根差込片が差し込まれる差込用凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記下ケースの屋根板部には、前記上ケースの天板の前部の下側に接して差込みされる後側に突出する突設部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記上ケースの上側差込片及び前記下ケースの下側差込片は各々複数且つ前記上側差込片と前記下側差込片とが左右方向に沿って交互に位置するように設けられており、前記上ケースの上側差込片が前記下ケースの後側壁の前側に接して差し込まれると共に前記下ケースの下側差込片が前記上ケースの後側壁の前側に接して差し込まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記上ケースは、その左右の少なくとも一方の端部に、前記天板の前部から左右側壁の前部に亘るように設けられた断面L字状のL字状差込片を有し、
前記L字状差込片は、前記下ケースの屋根板部の下側及び左右側壁の内側に接して差込みされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記上ケースの後側壁の上側には、取付けられた後に電池パックを取出す際に上ケースの後端部を引上げるための取手部が設けられ、
前記上ケースの上側差込片は、前記取手部の左右両隣又は下部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記上ケースの天板及び前記下ケースの底板の中央部には、各々、開口部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記上ケース、前記下ケース及び前記二次電池が外装ラベルで覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 下ケース及び前記下ケースと接合される上ケースから構成される箱形状の二次電池用収納ケースであって、
前記下ケースは、底板と、前記底板の周縁部に上側に向かうように立設され、左右側壁及び前後側壁からなる周側壁とを有し、
前記上ケースは、天板と、前記天板の周縁部に下側に向かうように立設され、左右側壁及び後側壁からなる周側壁とを有し、
前記下ケースの前側壁の上部には後側に突出する屋根板部が設けられ、
前記上ケースは、前記天板の前部に、前記屋根板部の下側に接して差し込まれる屋根差込片を有し、
前記上ケースの後側壁に設けられ、前記下ケースの後側壁の前側に接して差し込まれる上側差込片、及び、前記下ケースの後側壁に設けられ、前記上ケースの後側壁の前側に接して差し込まれる下側差込片のうち少なくとも一方を有し、
前記上ケースの屋根差込片が前記下ケースの屋根板部の下側に接して差込まれると共に、前記上側差込片の前記下ケースの後側壁の前側に接しての差込み、及び、前記下側差込片の前記上ケースの後側壁の前側に接しての差込みのうち少なくとも一方により、前記上ケースの天板及び周側壁並びに前記下ケースの底板及び周側壁にて囲まれた空間が二次電池収納用空間とされていることを特徴とする二次電池用収納ケース。 - 下ケース及び前記下ケースと接合される上ケースから構成される箱形状の二次電池用収納ケースに、二次電池を収納して電池パックを組立てる電池パックの組立方法であって、
前記下ケースは、底板と、前記底板の周縁部に上側に向かうように立設され、左右側壁及び前後側壁からなる周側壁と、前側壁の上部に設けられた後側に突設する屋根板部と、後側壁に設けられた下側差込片と、を備え、
前記上ケースは、前記底板に対向配置される天板と、前記天板の周縁部に下側に向かうように立設され、左右側壁及び後側壁からなる周側壁と、前記天板の前部に設けられた前記屋根板部の下側に接して差込みされる屋根差込片と、後側壁に設けられた上側差込片と、を備え、
前記下ケースの底板の上に二次電池を載置させる工程と、
前記底板の上に二次電池が載置された下ケースに対して前記上ケースを、前記下ケースの前記屋根板部の下側に上ケースの屋根差込片が接するように斜め方向から差込む工程と、
前記上ケースの後側壁と前記下ケースの後側壁とを接近させて、前記上側差込片の前記下ケースの後側壁の前側に接しての差込み、及び、前記下側差込片の前記上ケースの後側壁の前側に接しての差込みのうち少なくとも一方により、前記二次電池を前記二次電池用収納ケース内に収納する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする電池パックの組立方法。
