说 明 书 双轮磨光机及双轮抛光机 技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种磨光机, 尤其是一种同时进行正反转磨光的双轮磨光 机。 背景技术 磨光机应用于很多行业和场合。 目前的磨光机转盘都是一个方向转动, 这 一结构不但磨光效果不佳, 而且运行不够稳定。 由于被磨光物体的反作用力, 操作的时候磨光机一直受单方向的力, 需要人工固定其位置, 特别是手持长时 间操作会导致使用者手部疲劳。 抛光机同样存在上述问题。 实用新型内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双轮磨光机, 其同时进行正反转磨光, 彼 此会抵消大部分与被磨光物体的反作用力, 有效减轻操作工人的劳动强度。 本实用新型的又一目的在于提供一种双轮磨光机, 其同时进行正反转磨 光, 从不同方向磨光物体, 较传统磨光机提高了磨光效果。 本实用新型的又一目的在于提供一种双轮磨光机, 其用于手持, 可供使用 者长时间操作, 减少手部疲劳。 本实用新型的又一目的在于提供一种双轮磨光机, 其具有较长的使用寿 命, 使用效果并不随工作时间变长而下降。 本实用新型的又一目的在于提供一种双轮磨光机,其结构简单,成本低廉,
有利于大面积推广。 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双轮抛光机, 其同时进行正反转抛光, 彼 此会抵消大部分与被抛光物体的反作用力, 有效减轻操作工人的劳动强度。 为达到以上目的, 本实用新型提供一种双轮磨光机, 包括头壳、 设在头壳 前端的端盖、 一端固定在头壳上的电机, 所述电机装有转子齿轮, 所述转子齿 轮与正向从动轮和反向从动轮同时啮合, 所述正向从动轮与主轴固定连接, 主 轴的端部连接有内轮, 所述反向从动轮与内传动套固定连接, 内传动套的端部 连接有外轮, 内轮的端面与外轮的端面在同一平面上, 且同心反向旋转。 作为优选, 所述主轴与头壳之间设有第一轴承。 作为优选, 所述反向从动轮与主轴之间设有第二轴承。 作为优选, 所述内传动套与端盖之间设有第三轴承。 作为优选, 所述内传动套与主轴之间设有第四轴承。 作为优选, 所述外轮采用若干螺丝固定在内传动套上。 作为优选, 所述螺丝采用沉头螺丝。 作为优选, 所述内轮通过倒牙型螺纹或者类似角磨用内、 外压板结构连接 到主轴上。 为达到以上目的, 本实用新型还提供了一种双轮抛光机, 包括头壳、 设在 头壳前端的端盖、 一端固定在头壳上的电机, 所述电机装有转子齿轮, 所述转 子齿轮与正向从动轮和反向从动轮同时啮合, 所述正向从动轮与主轴固定连接,
主轴的端部连接有内抛盘, 所述反向从动轮与内传动套固定连接, 内传动套的 端部连接有外抛盘, 内抛盘的端面与外抛盘的端面在同一平面上, 同心且反向 旋转。 作为优选, 所述外抛盘整体呈圆锥状, 锥面上有若干倾斜设置的叶片, 外 抛盘高速旋转时, 部分空气顺着叶片的倾斜方向被吹入外抛盘和内抛盘之间。 藉由上述之结构,可实现内轮、外轮的同时正反相向旋转,提高磨光效果, 抵消与被磨光物体的反作用力, 减少操作工劳动强度的同时延长该双轮磨光机 的使用寿命。 该内轮和外轮的同时正反相向旋转, 提高磨光效果, 抵消与被磨光物体的 反作用力, 减少操作工劳动强度的同时延长该双轮磨光机的使用寿命。 本实用新型的这些目的,特点,和优点将会在下面的具体实施方式, 附图, 和权利要求中详细的揭露。 附图说明 图 1为本实用新型的双轮磨光机的内部结构示意图; 图 2为本实用新型的双轮抛光机的内部结构示意图; 图 3-1为本实用新型的双轮抛光机中外抛盘的结构示意图; 图 3-2为本实用新型的双轮抛光机中外抛盘的局部示意图。 具体实施方式 请参见图 1, 本实用新型为一种双轮磨光机, 包括头壳 1、 设在头壳 1前
端的端盖 5、 一端固定在头壳 1上的电机, 所述电机具有转子齿轮 6, 所述转子 齿轮 6与正向从动轮 2和反向从动轮 3同时啮合, 所述正向从动轮 2与主轴 7 固定连接,主轴 7的端部连接有内轮 8,所述反向从动轮 3与内传动套 4固定连 接, 内传动套 4的端部连接有外轮 9, 内轮 8的端面与外轮 9的端面在同一平面 上, 且同心反向旋转。 通过该内轮 8与该外轮 9的正反相向旋转,抵消了磨光时与被磨光物体的 反作用力, 使得在操作本实用新型的该双轮磨光机时, 不必特别费劲地对其进 行固定, 尤其是针对手持操作时, 不易造成使用者手部疲劳, 有效提高工作效 率。 根据本实用新型的一种较佳实施方式, 该双轮磨光机进一歩包括至少一个 第一轴承 10,该第一轴承 10套设在主轴 7上,设置于该主轴 7与该头壳 1之间, 以使该主轴 7平稳运转, 并提高该主轴 7的刚性。 所述反向从动轮 3与主轴 7之间设有第二轴承 11, 藉由上述之结构,转子 齿轮 6带动正向从动轮 2正转、 带动反向从动轮 3反转, 由于该第二轴承 11的 作用, 使得主轴 7不直接随该反向从动轮 3发生旋转产生高度摩擦。 所述内传动套 4与端盖 5之间设有第三轴承 12,内传动套 4与主轴 7之间 设有第四轴承 13, 进一歩提高转动效果, 延长使用寿命。 所述外轮 9采用若干螺丝 14固定在内传动套 4上, 所述螺丝 14采用沉头 螺丝, 沉头螺丝的数量一般采用 4~8个。 所述内轮 8通过倒牙型螺紋 (或类似 角磨采用内、 外压板)连接到主轴 7上。 藉由上述之结构, 内轮 8和外轮 9均 可方便地拆卸, 以更换被损坏的部件或者更换成其它类型的部件 (如抛光头、
切割头等), 实现该装置的多种功能, 扩展其使用范围。 请参见图 2, 本实用新型的双轮磨光机如把内轮 8和外轮 9分别换成内抛 盘 81和外抛盘 91, 即可改成双轮抛光机、双轮打蜡机、双轮砂光机等。 参见图 3-1、 3-2, 外抛盘 91整体呈圆锥形, 圆锥形的锥面上有类似风扇的叶片 911, 叶 片 911上略有倾斜, 当外抛盘 91高速旋转时, 部分空气顺着叶片 911的倾斜方 向被吹入内抛盘 81和外抛盘 91之间来冷却抛光过程产生的部分热量, 此外对 于装集尘罩、 吸尘器的机型有利收集灰尘。
通过上述实施例, 本实用新型的目的已经被完全有效的达到了。 熟悉该项 技艺的人士应该明白本实用新型包括但不限于附图和上面具体实施方式中描述 的内容。 任何不偏离本实用新型的功能和结构原理的修改都将包括在权利要求 书的范围中。
Claims
1.一种双轮磨光机, 其特征在于: 包括头壳、 设在头壳前端的端盖、 一端固定在 头壳上的电机, 所述电机装有转子齿轮, 所述转子齿轮与正向从动轮和反向从 动轮同时啮合, 所述正向从动轮与主轴固定连接, 主轴的端部连接有内轮, 所 述反向从动轮与内传动套固定连接, 内传动套的端部连接有外轮, 内轮的端面 与外轮的端面在同一平面上, 同心且反向旋转。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的双轮磨光机,其特征在于:所述主轴与头壳之间设有第 一轴承。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的双轮磨光机,其特征在于:所述反向从动轮与主轴之间 设有第二轴承。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的双轮磨光机,其特征在于:所述内传动套与端盖之间设 有第三轴承。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的双轮磨光机,其特征在于:所述内传动套与主轴之间设 有第四轴承。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的双轮磨光机,其特征在于:所述外轮采用若干螺丝固定 在内传动套上。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的双轮磨光机, 其特征在于: 所述螺丝采用沉头螺丝。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的双轮磨光机,其特征在于:所述内轮通过倒牙型螺紋或 者内外压板结构连接到主轴上。
9.一种双轮抛光机, 其特征在于: 包括头壳、 设在头壳前端的端盖、 一端固定在 头壳上的电机, 所述电机装有转子齿轮, 所述转子齿轮与正向从动轮和反向从 动轮同时啮合, 所述正向从动轮与主轴固定连接, 主轴的端部连接有内抛盘, 所述反向从动轮与内传动套固定连接, 内传动套的端部连接有外抛盘, 内抛盘 的端面与外抛盘的端面在同一平面上, 同心且反向旋转。
10.如权利要求 9所述的双轮抛光机, 其特征在于: 所述外抛盘整体呈圆锥状, 锥面上有若干倾斜设置的叶片, 外抛盘高速旋转时, 部分空气顺着叶片的倾斜 方向被吹入外抛盘和内抛盘之间。
