Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de vibration accordable et magnétiquement induit pour le contrôle de l'encrassement dans des processus de filtration sur membrane. Un flux magnétique variable, produit par un électroaimant, agit directement ou indirectement (par le biais d'une barre de vibration magnétique ou paramagnétique étroitement reliée à l'élément ou au module de membrane) sur une membrane (magnétique), un cadre de membrane ou un élément de membrane, ce qui permet de provoquer sa vibration. La vibration améliore le taux de cisaillement du fluide destiné à être séparé à proximité de la surface de la membrane pour contrôler l'encrassement in situ sans interrompre le processus de filtration, ce qui permet d'augmenter les flux de la membrane, de réduire le temps d'arrêt de fonctionnement et de réduire la fréquence du nettoyage.
