Abstract
L'invention porte sur un capteur de plasmon de surface (10) qui est pourvu d'un réseau de protubérances façonnées (12) dont la surface est métallique (20). Le réseau de protubérances façonnées (12) permet d'obtenir des facteurs d'amélioration sensiblement élevés et une sensibilité accrue en utilisation. L'invention porte également sur des procédés de fabrication des capteurs de plasmon de surface (10).
