- Tension is applied in the conveyance direction of the continuous sheet serving as the exterior sheet, and this tension causes elongation in the conveyance direction of the continuous sheet. Therefore, the necking which the continuous sheet shrunk in the waist direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction is exhibited, and it becomes a factor which the finishing precision of a wearing article falls.
- the amount of elongation in the transport direction varies with the variation in tension. Therefore, the position of the leg hole or the absorbent main body with respect to the continuous sheet is likely to be displaced, which causes a reduction in finishing accuracy.
- an object of the present invention is to reduce the factor of deterioration of the accuracy of the finished worn article in the method for manufacturing disposable worn articles.
- a body fluid is provided between a liquid-permeable top sheet that forms a skin surface in contact with a wearer and a liquid-impermeable back sheet that forms a non-skin surface opposite to the skin surface.
- An absorbent main body having a front portion, a crotch portion and a rear portion covering a front surface, a crotch portion, and a rear surface of a wearer's torso, with a core for absorbing water, and the absorbent main body joined to a back sheet of the absorbent main body
- the continuous sheet that is extendable in the waist direction and is essentially not easily stretched in the transport direction orthogonal to the waist direction is connected to the transport direction, and the continuous sheet is connected to the transport direction.
- a conveying step Placing the absorbent body on the continuous sheet with the front, crotch and rear aligned in the transport direction; and Cutting the continuous sheet along a virtual cutting line extending in the waistline direction to obtain individual wearing articles in which the absorbent main body is disposed on the exterior sheet.
- a body fluid is provided between a liquid-permeable top sheet that forms a skin surface in contact with the wearer and a liquid-impermeable back sheet that forms a non-skin surface opposite to the skin surface.
- An absorbent main body having a front portion, a crotch portion and a rear portion covering a front surface, a crotch portion, and a rear surface of a wearer's torso, with a core for absorbing water, and the absorbent main body joined to a back sheet of the absorbent main body
- the continuous sheet that is the outer sheet of the worn article that is stretchable in the waistline direction and is essentially difficult to stretch in the transport direction orthogonal to the waistline direction, is continuous in the transport direction.
- Transporting in the transport direction A step of successively cutting off the portion that becomes the exterior sheet from the leading end portion in the conveyance direction of the continuous sheet; A step of arranging the absorbent main body so that the absorbent main body straddles between the cut-out exterior sheet portions.
- the exterior sheet since an exterior sheet that is essentially difficult to expand and contract in the conveyance direction is used, the exterior sheet is difficult to extend in the conveyance direction during conveyance of the exterior sheet. Therefore, it is difficult to exhibit the necking, or the position of the leg hole or the absorbent main body is not easily displaced.
- inclusions may exist between the exterior sheet bonded to the back sheet and the back sheet.

- the portion to be the exterior sheet is different from the first side portion that protrudes in the waistline direction from the front portion of one of the exterior sheets.
- a second side portion projecting in the waistline direction from the rear portion of the exterior sheet, and between the first side portion and the second side portion in the portion serving as the exterior sheet, in the waistline direction.
- no extension force is applied to the continuous sheet in the waist direction in the step of conveying the continuous sheet. In this case, necking is less likely to occur in the continuous sheet.
- an elastic band for expanding and contracting the rear waist portion in the waistline direction is disposed on the rear waist portion covering the rear surface of the wearer's waist in the exterior sheet, and the elasticity The inner surface of the exterior sheet is exposed between the band and the absorbent main body so as to contact the wearer's skin,
- the method further includes the step of intermittently arranging the plurality of elastic bands on the continuous sheet in a state where no stretching force is applied in the waist direction of the elastic band.
- the disposable wearing article fits in the waist by the elastic band provided in the rear waist portion, and the wearing feeling is improved. Moreover, it exposes so that the inner surface of an exterior sheet may contact skin between the said elastic band and an absorptive main body. Therefore, the air permeability in the rear waist portion is maintained.
- the elastic band is disposed at the rear waist portion in a state where no elastic force is applied to the elastic band, the elastic force in the waistline direction is not applied to the continuous sheet being conveyed. Therefore, it is difficult for necking to occur in the continuous sheet.
- the stress at 10% elongation in the longitudinal direction is 10 times or more than the stress at 10% elongation in the waistline direction.
- a method for producing a nonwoven fabric constituting such an exterior sheet is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-279453, and the entire description is incorporated herein.
- FIG. Diaper 1 A diaper (an example of a worn article) 1 illustrated in FIG. 1A is, for example, a pants-type diaper, and includes a crotch portion 10 that covers the wearer's crotch, a front trunk portion 11 that covers the wearer's belly side, and a wearer's back side. Abstract
