Description

商品情報提供システム
　本発明は、消費者に対して携帯型通信端末を介して商品に関する個別具体的な情報を提供する商品情報提供システムに関する。
　近年、インターネットを利用して商品情報を開示するシステムに関して、たとえば下記特許文献１が知られている。この特許文献１に記載の技術は、広告媒体(例えば雑誌広告ページ)や商品のラベルなどに当該商品の内容を詳しく説明するＷｅｂページへの接続情報(ＷｅｂページのＵＲＬ)を示す２次元コード(例えばＱＲコード[登録商標])を印刷しておき、消費者がカメラ付き携帯型通信端末(例えば携帯電話機やＰＤＡなど)のカメラで当該コードを読み取ると、ＵＲＬ情報が携帯型通信端末に取り込まれ、消費者がその携帯型通信端末で前記ＵＲＬにアクセスすると、当該商品の情報を供給するＷｅｂページに接続され、詳しい商品情報がその携帯型通信端末の画面に表示されるというものである。

　しかしながら、係るシステムには以下のような問題があった。すなわち、携帯型通信端末で２次元コードを読み取った際、画面に表示されるのは商品自体の情報ではなく商品内容が記載されたＷｅｂページのＵＲＬに関する情報であり、商品自体についての情報を知りたい消費者は、更にこのＵＲＬにアクセスしなければならなかった。つまり、消費者が必要とする情報を得るために２段階の操作が必要であり、係る情報をタイムリーに提供することができないと云う問題があった。
　また、２次元コードにはＵＲＬ以外の文字データ、例えば文字で表された商品情報を格納することも可能であるが、イラスト、図形、記号と云ったグラフィック情報を格納するのが困難であることから、２次元コードを読み取った携帯型通信端末の画面にダイレクトに商品情報を表示したとしても、その情報は単に文字を羅列しただけのものであって消費者への訴求力が乏しいものとなる。
　それゆえに、本発明の主たる課題は、消費者に対して携帯型通信端末を介して商品に関する個別具体的な情報を提供する際に、当該情報を訴求力に優れた態様で即座に提供可能な商品情報提供システムを提供することである。
　請求の範囲第１項に記載した発明は、
（１）ＷＷＷサーバー１２と、商品Ｃの生産者や流通業者によって操作される供給者端末１４と、当該商品Ｃの消費者によって操作される携帯型通信端末１６と、これらを互いに接続するネットワーク１８とを備える商品情報提供システム１０において、
（２）前記ＷＷＷサーバー１２は、前記生産者や流通業者が供給者端末１４を操作して入力した商品詳細情報及び該商品詳細情報に基づいて作成されたＷｅｂサイト２６を記憶するデータベース１２ａを具備すると共に、前記携帯型通信端末１６に対して前記Ｗｅｂサイト２６を提供する機能と、各商品Ｃ及びこれに付随する前記商品詳細情報に対応したマーカー２０を生成する機能とを有しており、
（３）前記携帯型通信端末１６は、商品Ｃに掲げられた前記マーカー２０を含む画像の撮影を行うカメラ１６ａを具備すると共に、該カメラ１６ａで撮影したマーカー２０のパターンを認識して前記マーカー２０に対応した商品Ｃの説明が記されたモーショングラフィックス２２を撮影画像Ｇ中に重畳して表示する拡張現実感システムからなるアプリケーションプログラムが内蔵されている
（４）ことを特徴とする商品情報提供システム１０、である。
　この発明では、携帯型通信端末１６のカメラ１６ａで商品Ｃに掲げられたマーカー２０を含む画像を撮影すると、撮影画像Ｇ中にマーカー２０に対応した商品Ｃの説明が記されたモーショングラフィックス２２が重畳して表示される。つまり、一つのアクションで携帯型通信端末１６の画面に、文字のみならず図形等も含む訴求力の高い商品情報を即座に表示することができる。
　なお、本発明における「撮影」とは、いわゆるスチール(静止画)撮影ではなく、動画撮影を意味するものである。
　請求の範囲第２項に記載した発明は、請求項の範囲第１項に記載の商品情報提供システム１０において、「前記マーカー２０が、矩形の外枠２０ａと、前記外枠２０ａ内における前記外枠２０ａのいずれかの角を原点Ｐとする所定の座標位置に配置され、白又は黒のいずれかに彩色された複数の粒状の図柄２０ｂとで構成されている」ことを特徴とする。
　請求の範囲第３項に記載した発明は、請求の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載の商品情報提供システム１０において、「前記携帯型通信端末１６に映し出される前記モーショングラフィックス２２には、ネットワーク１８を介してＷＷＷサーバー１２のＷｅｂサイト２６が格納されたデータベース１２ａにアクセスするためのタッチボタン２４が組み込まれている」ことを特徴とする。
　本発明によれば、消費者に対して携帯型通信端末を介して商品に関する個別具体的な情報を提供する際に、当該情報を訴求力に優れた態様で即座に提供可能な商品情報提供システムを提供することができる。

　以下、本発明の商品情報提供システムを図面に従って詳述する。図１は、本発明の一実施例の商品情報提供システム１０を示す概略図である。この図が示すように、本実施例の商品情報提供システム１０は、ＷＷＷサーバー１２と、商品Ｃの生産者や流通業者によって操作される供給者端末１４と、当該商品Ｃの消費者によって操作される携帯型通信端末１６と、これらを互いに接続するネットワーク１８とで大略構成されている。
　なお、本実施例では、商品Ｃとして、世界中に極めて多くの種類のものが存在し、しかも産地毎や年度毎にその特性が異なることから情報提供に対する消費者のニーズが極めて高いワインを例に以下の説明を行う。
　ＷＷＷサーバー１２は、後述する携帯型通信端末１６などからの要求に応じて、データベース１２ａに記憶された商品(ワイン)Ｃについての詳細な情報、すなわち当該商品(ワイン)Ｃ自体の情報のみならず、製造元であるワイナリーの情報やサプライヤーが企画するイベント情報等を含むもの(以下、これらを纏めて「商品詳細情報」と云う。)が記載されたＷｅｂサイト２６(図５参照)を提供するものである。
　このＷＷＷサーバー１２のデータベース１２ａには、生産者や流通業者が供給者端末１４を操作して入力した商品詳細情報及び該商品詳細情報に基づいて作成されたＷｅｂサイト２６などが記憶されている。
　また、このＷＷＷサーバー１２は、各商品Ｃ及びこれに付随する商品詳細情報を二進法で表された品番コードで管理するようにしており、この品番コードに基づいて各商品Ｃ等に対応した拡張現実感(ＡＲ：Augmented Reality)システムで使用するマーカー２０のデータＤｍを生成する機能を有している。
　ここで、マーカー２０は、上述したように拡張現実感システム、すなわちマーカーを含む画像の撮影を行い、該撮影画像中のマーカーの種類に応じた所定の画像等を、前記撮影画像中のマーカーの位置に重畳して表示するシステムで使用するためのものである。このマーカー２０は、図２に示すように、矩形の外枠２０ａと、前記外枠２０ａ内における前記外枠２０ａのいずれかの角(図２に示す例では左上の角)を原点Ｐとする所定の座標位置(Ｐ１，Ｐ２…)に配置され、白又は黒のいずれかに彩色された複数の粒状の図柄２０ｂとで構成されている。本実施例では、複数の粒状の図柄２０ｂとして２０個の円を用い、この円からなる図柄２０ｂが外枠２０ａ内で葡萄の模様を形成するように配設されている。このため、このマーカー２０が商品Ｃであるワインに関連付けられたデザインとなっており、係るデザインがマーカー２０を各商品Ｃに取り付ける際の動機付けと成り得る。なお、商品Ｃであるワインにこのマーカー２０を取り付ける(掲げる)方法としては、マーカー２０が印刷されたタグをボトルの首に掛ける方法やボトルの裏ラベルに当該マーカー２０を予め印刷しておく方法、或いはカタログ，パンフレット，商品ＰＯＰ等に当該マーカー２０を印刷する方法などを挙げることができる。
　そして、このマーカー２０は、外枠２０ａ内における所定の座標位置に配置され、白又は黒のいずれかに彩色された２０個の図柄２０ｂで構成されているので、２の２０乗、すなわち１,０４８，５７６通りの品番コードに対応することが可能となっている。又、このマーカー２０は図柄２０ｂの数を増やすことにより、対応できる品番コードの数(換言すれば情報量)を事後的に簡単に増やすことができるようになっている。
　供給者端末１４は、ＷＷＷサーバー１２のデータベース１２ａにデータが登録された生産者や流通業者と云ったワインの供給者が操作する端末であり、ＷＷＷブラウザ１４ａ，送受信装置１４ｂ及び入力装置１４ｃなどで構成される。
　送受信装置１４ｂは、ネットワーク１８を介して電子メールやデータをやり取りするものであり、この送受信装置１４ｂがＷＷＷサーバー１２から発信された消費者のアクセス動向(例えばログ)などに関するデータを受信する手段として機能すると共に、ＷＷＷサーバー１２に対して商品詳細情報を提供する手段として機能する。また、入力装置１４ｃは、商品詳細情報などのデータを入力したり、各種のボタンを操作したりするものであり、キーボードやマウスなどがこれに該当する。
　携帯型通信端末１６は、消費者によって操作される携帯型の情報通信機器で、電荷結合素子(ＣＣＤ：Charge Coupled Device)等からなり上記マーカー２０を撮影できるカメラ１６ａを備えている。具体的には、携帯電話機やＰＤＡ(携帯情報端末：Personal Digital Assistant)やスマートフォンなどがこの携帯型通信端末１６に該当する。
　また、この携帯型通信端末１６には、カメラ１６ａで撮影したマーカー２０のパターンを認識して前記マーカー２０に対応した商品の説明が記されたモーショングラフィックス(MotionGraphics)を撮影画像Ｇ中に重畳して表示する拡張現実感システムからなるアプリケーションプログラムが内蔵されている。なお、このアプリケーションプログラムは予め携帯型通信端末１６に内蔵するようにしておいてもよいし、ネットワーク１８を介して後からダウンロードするようにしてもよい。
　以下、図３を参照してこのアプリケーションプログラムの動作について説明すると、先ず始めに、アプリケーションプログラムを起動すると、携帯型通信端末１６のカメラ１６ａが起動する(ステップＳ１)。そこで、このカメラ１６ａでマーカー２０を含む画像を撮影すると、マーカー２０が有する固有のパターン(情報)を取得すべくプログラムが読取走査を開始する(ステップＳ２)。
　そして、マーカー２０の情報解析に成功するとそのデータが読み取られ、当該マーカー２０に対応したワインすなわち商品Ｃの説明が記されたモーショングラフィックス２２がアプリケーションプログラム内或いは外部から呼び出され、図４に示すように撮影画像Ｇ中に重畳して表示される(ステップＳ３)。一方、マーカー２０の情報解析に失敗すると、カメラ１６ａが再起動され、ステップＳ１及びＳ２が繰り返し実行される。
　図４に示すように、本実施例のモーショングラフィックス２２には、商品Ｃの説明として、「ワインの商品名」、「原産国及びその国旗の図柄」、「味の特徴」の大きく分けて３つの項目が記されている。
　また、本実施例のモーショングラフィックス２２には、ネットワーク１８を介してＷＷＷサーバー１２のＷｅｂサイトが格納されたデータベース１２ａにアクセスするためのタッチボタン(Touch-Sensitive Button)２４が組み込まれている。本例では、このタッチボタン２４として、携帯型通信端末１６の画面に人の指が触れることにより生じた静電容量により入力された命令を動作させるタッチセンス方式のボタンを採用しているが、これに限定されるものではない。
　さて、図３に戻り、このようなタッチボタン２４を有する本実施例のモーショングラフィックス２２では、消費者がモーショングラフィックス２２に組み込まれたタッチボタン２４に触れると、携帯型通信端末１６に組み込まれたアプリケーションプログラムがネットワーク１８(本実施例の場合、インターネット)への接続を開始し(ステップＳ４)、ネットワーク１８への接続が成功すると、図５に示すように、携帯型通信端末１６の画面に、商品詳細情報が掲載されたＷｅｂサイト２６が表示される（ステップＳ５）。このＷｅｂサイト２６は「ワインの詳細に関するページ」、「ワイナリーの情報に関するページ」、「ワインの口コミ情報を集めたページ」及び「リスト登録に関するページ」の各Ｗｅｂページで構成されており、画面上部のタブ２６ａを押すことで各Ｗｅｂページが切替えられるようになっている。
　ここで、「ワインの詳細に関するページ」には、モーショングラフィックス２２に記された上記３項目の情報に加え、「生産地方」、「色」及び「生産年」についての情報などが記載されている。また、「ワイナリーの情報に関するページ」には、ワイナリー経営者からのメッセージや酒造の様子を示す動画などが含まれている。さらに、「ワインの口コミ情報を集めたページ」では、ＷＷＷサーバー１２に対して直接送られてきた口コミ情報のみならず、例えばＴＷＩＴＴＥＲ(登録商標)などの簡易投稿サイトで集められた情報やサプライヤーが企画するイベント情報などが閲覧できるようになっている。そして、「リスト登録に関するページ」には、携帯型通信端末１６を操作する消費者自身がリスト登録したワインの一覧などが表示されるようになっている。
　一方、モーショングラフィックス２２のタッチボタン２４を押したにも拘わらず、ネットワーク１８への接続が失敗した場合には、携帯型通信端末１６の画面にエラーが表示され、再度ネットワーク１８への接続が試みられる。
　なお、以上のようなアプリケーションプログラムを用い、携帯型通信端末１６でＷｅｂサイト２６を閲覧した際に生成されるログなどの消費者関連データは、ＷＷＷサーバー１２で収集された後、ネットワーク１８を介して供給者端末１４へ提供されるようになっており、生産者や流通業者と云った供給者は、これらのデータをマーケティングなどに活用することができる。
　以上述べたように、本実施例の商品情報提供システム１０では、携帯型通信端末１６のカメラ１６ａで商品Ｃに掲げられたマーカー２０を含む画像を撮影すると、撮影画像Ｇ中にマーカー２０に対応した商品Ｃの説明が記されたモーショングラフィックス２２が重畳して表示される。つまり、一つのアクションで携帯型通信端末１６の画面に、文字のみならず図形等も含む訴求力の高い商品情報を即座に表示することができる。
　また、上記マーカー２０は、矩形の外枠２０ａと、該外枠２０ａ内における所定の座標位置に配置され、白又は黒のいずれかに彩色された複数の粒状の図柄２０ｂで構成されているので、マーカー２０の図柄２０ｂの数を増やすことにより、対応できる品番コードの数(換言すれば情報量)を事後的に簡単に増やすことができる。
　さらに、モーショングラフィックス２２には、ネットワーク１８を介してＷＷＷサーバー１２のＷｅｂサイト２６が格納されたデータベース１２ａにアクセスするためのタッチボタン２４が組み込まれているので、商品Ｃについてのより詳しい情報を知りたい時でも即座に対応することができる。
　つまり、本実施例の商品情報提供システム１０によれば、消費者に対して携帯型通信端末１６を介して商品Ｃに関する個別具体的な情報を提供する際に、当該情報を訴求力に優れた態様で即座に提供可能な商品情報提供システム１０を提供することができる。
　なお、上述の実施例では、商品Ｃとしてワインを例に説明してきたが、この商品Ｃはワインに限定されるものではなく、他のいかなる農工業製品であってもよい。

Claims (3)

  1. 　ＷＷＷサーバーと、商品の生産者や流通業者によって操作される供給者端末と、当該商品の消費者によって操作される携帯型通信端末と、これらを互いに接続するネットワークとを備える商品情報提供システムにおいて、
    　前記ＷＷＷサーバーは、前記生産者や流通業者が供給者端末を操作して入力した商品詳細情報及び該商品詳細情報に基づいて作成されたＷｅｂサイトを記憶するデータベースを具備すると共に、前記携帯型通信端末に対して前記Ｗｅｂサイトを提供する機能と、各商品及びこれに付随する前記商品詳細情報に対応したマーカーを生成する機能とを有しており、
    　前記携帯型通信端末は、商品に掲げられた前記マーカーを含む画像の撮影を行うカメラを具備すると共に、該カメラで撮影したマーカーのパターンを認識して前記マーカーに対応した商品の説明が記されたモーショングラフィックスを撮影画像中に重畳して表示する拡張現実感システムからなるアプリケーションプログラムが内蔵されていることを特徴とする商品情報提供システム。
  2. 　前記マーカーが、矩形の外枠と、前記外枠内における前記外枠のいずれかの角を原点とする所定の座標位置に配置され、白又は黒のいずれかに彩色された複数の粒状の図柄とで構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第１項に記載の商品情報提供システム。
  3. 　前記携帯型通信端末に映し出される前記モーショングラフィックスには、ネットワークを介してＷＷＷサーバーのＷｅｂサイトが格納されたデータベースにアクセスするためのタッチボタンが組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載の商品情報提供システム。
