Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble de plusieurs réflecteurs (3) qui est vissé, grâce à des pièces de fixation, sur la surface interne du couvercle sans entrer en contact de manière périmétrique avec ce dernier. Il existe une distance entre les réflecteurs (12), entre les réflecteurs et le couvercle (11), et entre la surface de cuisson-grillage et les couvercles (13). Les éléments chauffants (7) sont placés de manière à entrer en contact avec l'ensemble de plusieurs réflecteurs, et une surface de contact métallique entre le dispositif de détection du thermostat et l'élément chauffant permettant de transférer la température (4) est vissée (14) sur le thermostat (6) dont le bord en forme de U suit la forme de l'élément chauffant (8), et est configurée et conçue spécialement avec un support de ressort (9) pour le contact direct avec la surface de cuisson-grillage (10). La diffusion d'un plus grand pourcentage de la température à la surface de cuisson-grillage est obtenue (5), et la diffusion de la température vers les surfaces externes est empêchée (1) (2), ce qui aboutit à la régulation et à la réflexion de la chaleur vers les surfaces de cuisson-grillage des appareils, à la diminution des températures des surfaces externes des appareils, au prolongement de la durée de vie des appareils, à des économies d'énergie et à une meilleure cuisson/un meilleur grillage des aliments.
