Abstract
Description
Standfuß für einen Flüssigkeitsspender Stand for a liquid dispenser
The invention relates to a base for a liquid dispenser, with a collecting tray having a table stand surface, and with a support member thereof upstanding, with which the liquid dispenser can be connected.
Dispensers for thin or viscous media, for example for liquid soap, foam soap, disinfectants, creams, but also drinks, ketchup, etc. generally have a lower discharge opening, so that they can not sit directly on a pad or rest. These dispensers are therefore either suitable for wall mounting or provided with a base to od on a work table. Like. To place, and examples of dispensers with a stand show the DE 20 2006 007 035, US 4,921, 150, US 1, 821, 510, WO 2004/103885, etc., the latter also having a collecting bowl for excess liquid.
In certain applications, it is advantageous to be able to set up the dispenser independently of a support option freely in a room, the dispenser should be located at a standard height. In order to achieve this, in a base according to the invention, the collecting tray has a receptacle in which a downwardly projecting extension of the supporting element can be detachably fastened to a ground support plate. In this way, without changing the stand for a table installation, a dispenser can be placed in a room directly on the floor. This is important, for example, but not exclusively, for disinfectant dispensers if it is intended to provide a wide range of possibilities for disinfecting the hands across the board. The drip tray remains in the usual position, i. with the usual distance to the discharge opening.
For optical reasons, it is provided in a preferred embodiment that at the front edge of the drip tray, a diaphragm is latched, which extends downwards and is held at the lower end to the extension. Since the extension corresponds approximately to twice the height of the base, it is provided in a further preferred embodiment that the extension is composed of two parts, wherein the lower end of the panel covers the joint area. In this way, there are approximately equal parts for transport and handling, which are assembled on site.
Es zeigen: Fig. 1 und 2 eine Vorderansicht und eine Seitenansicht eines Flüssigkeitsspenders mit einem Standfuß ohne Verlängerung, Hereinafter, the invention will be described in more detail with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings, without being limited thereto. 1 and 2 show a front view and a side view of a liquid dispenser with a stand without extension,

Fig. 1 and 2 show a base 2, on which a liquid dispenser 1 is mounted, for its installation on a work table, vanity or other table-like edition in a conventional height of about 80 to 100 cm from the ground. A screw 10 connects the sleeve 9 with the profile tube 3. The screw 10 is, as shown in FIG. 6, accessible from the outside through an opening 15 on the side of the collecting tray 4, which is covered by a side panel 8. If an extension 18 of the base 3 is mounted, the screw 10 also fixes an intermediate piece 21 which is inserted from below into the hollow profile tube 3 and protrudes from the recess 5 in the table stand surface 6 and then likewise by means of a screw 21 as the first part 19 Extension 18 another hollow profile tube is attached. At the lower end of the first part 19 of the extension 18, a second intermediate piece 22 is fastened by means of a screw 24, on which a likewise formed as a third hollow profile tube second part 20 of the extension 18 is held by a fourth screw 14. The collecting tray 4 is provided with a rib 7 projecting inwards from a front edge area of the table stand surface 6. At this rib 7 can od with corresponding hook 12 od. Like. A downwardly extending aperture 11 are mounted, which has an opening 13 in the other end, through which the connecting portion of the two parts 19, 20 of the extension 18 is guided. The screw 14, which connects the second intermediate piece 22 with the second part 20 of the extension, also passes through a tab of the diaphragm 11 in the area above the opening 13, as shown in FIG. 7 can be seen. At the lower end of the second part 20 of the extension 18, a bottom support plate 17 is provided, which provides the stand by a corresponding filling of a heavy material sufficient stability. Disinfectant dispensers in particular should remain as sterile as possible and should not be contaminated and are therefore activated in particular contactlessly by recognizing a person.
