Definitions
- the present invention relates to a switch unit.
- This application claims priority on March 31, 2010 based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-082019 filed in Japan, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
- the switch unit that can perform input in multiple directions by performing a swinging operation for operating the key top in a cross direction and a pressing operation for pressing the central portion of the key top.
- the switch unit includes a leg portion extending downward from a flange portion on the back side located at a portion sandwiched in a cross direction that is an operation direction of the key top.
- the leg part is brought into contact with the substrate, thereby restricting the key top from swinging more than necessary, and the center portion is accidentally moved when the key top is operated in the cross direction. It is made not to press (refer patent document 1).
- an object of the present invention is to provide a switch unit that can be easily and reliably operated in the cross direction and has good operability.
- a switch unit includes an operation member and a pedestal portion that supports the operation member so as to be able to press the operation member in a cross direction, and the pedestal portion includes the cross direction.

- the restricting member may abut against the operation member to restrict a pressing operation of the operation member.
- the regulating member is disposed at each position in the direction sandwiched in the cross direction, and is formed in a T shape so as to face each other. Therefore, when the operation member is pressed in a direction sandwiched in a cross direction in which the switch cannot be pressed, the operation in this direction can be prevented and an appropriate sense of incongruity can be given to the operator. Furthermore, since an unintended operation in the direction sandwiched between the cross directions can be prevented, the operation member can be easily and reliably operated in the cross direction.
- the reaction force of the restriction member that is received when the operation member is pressed in the direction sandwiched in the cross direction rather than the reaction force from the restriction member that is received when the operation member is pressed in the cross direction. Is bigger. Therefore, when the operation member is operated in a direction along the direction sandwiched in the cross direction, the operation member is prevented from being tilted more than necessary, and then any switch in the cross direction is pressed. Can be prevented. According to the aspect of the present invention, when the operation member is operated in the cross direction while appropriately preventing the operation member from being pressed in the direction sandwiched in the cross direction, the restriction member abutting portion of the restriction member is the switch contact.
- the reaction force received by the operating member from the restricting member can be reduced, and the obstruction when the operating member is pressed in the cross direction by the restricting member can be suppressed.
- FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a main part of FIG. 2. It is a front view of a regulating member showing the state of the regulating member when the operation member is pressed in the direction sandwiched in the cross direction. - the leg portion 52 is formed integrally with the pedestal portion 21 so as to be elastically deformable.
- the thickness dimension d of the leg portion 52 along the direction orthogonal to the thickness dimension D along the direction sandwiched in the cross direction that is the operation direction of the operation member 20 is smaller (d ⁇ D).
- the thickness dimension D of the leg part 52 along the radial direction of the inner wall part 45 is larger than the thickness dimension d of the leg part 52 along the circumferential direction of the inner wall part 45.
- the leg portion 52 has a thickness dimension D in the direction along the cross direction of the base portion of the contact portion 53 on the inner side of the operation member 20. It changes so as to gradually increase toward the lower side.

- a regulating member abutting portion 55 is provided on the inner side in the radial direction than the switch abutting portion 54 and orthogonal to the arrangement position of the rib 16.
- the restriction member contact portion 55 contacts the contact portion 53 of the restriction member 51 when the operation member 20 is operated in a direction sandwiched in the cross direction.
- the restriction member contact portion 55 of the operation member main body 17 is partially broken near the tip portion of the contact portion 53.
- the regulating member 51 operates in the cross direction of the operating member 20 due to the falling deformation of the leg 52 and the bending deformation of the tip of the abutting portion 53 that interfere with each other so as to bend and tilt. It does not lead to inhibition.
- the T-shaped regulating member 51 is disposed on the pedestal portion 21 at each position in the direction sandwiched in the cross direction that is the operation direction of the operation member 20 and is formed to face each other. Therefore, when the operation member 20 is pressed in the direction sandwiched in the cross direction in which none of the four operation switches 48 can be pressed, the operation is performed on the upper surface 53a of the contact portion 53 of the regulating member 51 as shown by a chain line in FIG. Appropriate so that the regulating member abutting portion 55 of the member main body 17 abuts to prevent further operation of the operation member 20 in the cross direction, and the operation switch 48 cannot be turned on even if pressed further. Can give the operator an uncomfortable feeling.
- the operation in the front / rear direction is set to increase / decrease the volume
- the operation in the left / right direction is set to radio channel selection or CD player song advancement, respectively. If the operating member 20 is intended to be operated to the front side to increase the volume of the radio, but if the operating member 20 is erroneously operated obliquely upward to the right, an erroneous operation such as unexpected channel selection or song feeding may occur conventionally. is there.
- the restriction member contact portion 55 of the operation member 20 is supported by the restriction member 51, so that the operation member 20 can be prevented from falling and the operator can be prevented from falling down. Since it is possible to make the user feel uncomfortable and to recognize an erroneous operation, it is possible to prompt an appropriate upward operation again.
- both end portions of the restriction member contact portion 55 of the operation member main body 17 partially interfere with the contact portion 53 of the restriction member 51.
- both end portions of the contact portion 53 are formed in a shape in which the wall thickness is gradually reduced and the leg portion 52 is also easily collapsed, the operation load can be distributed to the bending of the contact portion 53 and the leg portion 52. Therefore, the restriction member 51 does not affect the operation of the operation member 20 in the cross direction. Therefore, the operation in the front-rear direction of the operation member 20 for raising and lowering the volume and the operation in the left-right direction for selecting the radio and feeding the music of the CD player can be easily and reliably performed.
- the thickness of the front end side of the contact portion 53 of the regulating member 51 is thin, and the leg portion 52 of the regulating member 53 is along a direction perpendicular to the thickness dimension D in the direction along the cross direction.
- the thickness dimension d in the direction is small. Therefore, when the operation member 20 is pressed in the cross direction, the operation member 20 is pressed in the direction sandwiched in the cross direction rather than the reaction force from the regulating member 51 received by the operation member main body 17 of the operation member 20.
- the reaction force from the regulating member 51 that is received by the motor becomes larger.
- the regulating member contact portion 55 has a diameter larger than that of the switch contact portion 54. Since the inner side is in the direction, the reaction force received by the operating member 20 from the restriction member 51 is reduced compared to the case where the restriction member contact portion 55 is radially outside the switch contact portion 54. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the hindrance when the operation member 20 is pressed in the cross direction.
- the shape of the contact portion 53 of the regulating member 51 is formed such that the upper surface 53a of the contact portion 53 extends linearly, and the lower surface 53b is a leg portion. Inclined so that the thickness gradually decreases from 52 to the tip. However, the upper surface 53a may be inclined so that the thickness gradually decreases as it approaches the tip. Further, the leg portion 52 may be formed of a rubber material that is a member different from the pedestal portion 21 as long as it can be elastically deformed.
- the left switch unit 13 is an information system switch unit such as an audio or car navigation system
- the right switch unit 14 is a travel system switch unit such as an auto cruise, but is not limited thereto. is not.

Abstract
