Abstract
The present invention relates to chemical-free sap extracted from agricultural products, to a method for preparing same, and to dehydrated food prepared from agricultural products. The present invention relates to a method for preparing sap and dehydrated food, to sap, and to dehydrated food, wherein the method comprises: a first step of selecting one or more sorted agricultural products, washing the selected agricultural products, cutting the washed agricultural products into a predetermined size, and feeding the cut agricultural products into a drier; a second step of setting an operating condition of the drier in accordance with the agricultural products selected in the first step; a third step of drying the agricultural products cut in the first step with cold air, the temperature of which is 0 to 28°C, which is within a temperature range lower than that of a hot-air drying temperature, so as to cause the moisture in the target agricultural products to evaporate; a fourth step of drying the agricultural products dried with cold air in the third step with hot air, the temperature of which is 20 to 70°C, which is within a range higher than that of the cold air drying temperature, so as to cause the moisture on the inside of the target agricultural products to evaporate; a fifth step of repeating the third and fourth steps to cause the moisture in the target agricultural products to further evaporate; and a sixth step of condensing the moisture from the agricultural products which has been caused to evaporate in the third, fourth and fifth steps and which is in a gas state so as to collect sap.
