Abstract

Vorrichtung zur Ableitung elektrophysiologischer Signale von Zellen, umfassend eine Schichtstruktur aus Substrat und einer auf dem Substrat angeordneten Elektrode zur Ableitung der Signale über eine mit der Elektrode verbundene Leiterbahn (L), wobei die Schichtstruktur durch eine Passivierungsschicht passiviert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Passivierungsschicht über der Elektrode eine durch die Passivierungsschicht verlaufende Apertur (21) aufweist und zwischen der Elektrode und der Passivierungsschicht ein Spalt (22) als seitlicher Unterätz angeordnet ist. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Vorrichtung wird angegeben, sowie eine Verwendung der auf diese Weise hergestellten Vorrichtung.
