Abstract

Disclosed is an inter-floor vibration- and noise-blocking apparatus that can be installed on various building slabs to block the transmission of vibrations and noise between floors, and comprises: a rectangular panel; a body disposed at a lower portion of the panel to accommodate an elastic member; a damping member mounted on an upper portion of a building slab; and a height control member configured to control the height of the damping member. The panel comprises a protruding portion and a groove portion such that a plurality of the panels can be inserted into one another and assembled together. The panel further comprises through-holes around the four corners thereof, through which a tool configured to control the height of the height control member passes when the panel is assembled. The damping member comes into spherical contact with a hinge portion of the height control member assembled at an upper portion of the damping member, and freely rotates depending on the surface conditions of the slab.
