- the leakage barrier cuff 40 is joined to the inner surface sheet 17 by a joining means 41 such as a hot melt adhesive at the front and rear end portions 14 and 15, the front and rear side portions 16 a and 16 b, and the crotch side portion 16 c to form a joining region 42.
- a separation region 43 that can be separated from the inner surface sheet 17 without being joined to the inner surface sheet 17 is formed.
- a cuff elastic member 44 extending in the vertical direction Y is attached to the inner side of the separation region 43 in the horizontal direction X.
- the cuff elastic member 44 is attached in a stretched state in the longitudinal direction Y, and can be contracted. By the contraction of the cuff elastic member 44, the separation region 43 is separated so as to stand up from the inner surface sheet 17, and leakage of urine or the like can be prevented.
- the skin contact sheet 30 is attached between the leakage prevention cuff 40 and the inner sheet 17 as described above.
- the skin contact sheet 30 includes a first sheet 35 positioned on the leakage prevention cuff 40 side, a second sheet 36 positioned on the inner surface sheet 17 side, and a plurality of sheets attached between the first and second sheets 35 and 36.
- an elastic member 37 of the strip is a diagram of the elastic member 37 in an extended state, and is a plan view when viewed from the second sheet 36 side.
- the elastic member 37 is attached at a portion overlapping the leakage prevention cuff 40.
- the elastic member 37 extends in the horizontal direction X, is attached to be separated in the vertical direction Y, and is attached so as to be contractable in an extended state. However, it is not attached in the vicinity of both side portions 33. Therefore, the skin contact sheet 30 is formed with a flange portion 38 extending in the longitudinal direction Y and a groove portion 39 extending between the flange portions 38 in a portion where the elastic member 37 is attached. In the horizontal direction X center part and the both side parts 33, the contraction force of the elastic member 37 does not act, and the flat state is maintained.
- the skin contact sheet 30 is joined to the inner surface sheet 17 by the joining means 34 in a contracted state.
- the joining means 34 is formed on both side portions 33 that are flattened.
- the elastic member 37 can be the same as that of the second embodiment (see paragraph 0044).
- a silicon resin is applied as a frictional resistance reducing means 50 on the surface of the second sheet 36 of the skin contact sheet 30 facing the inner surface sheet 17.
- the frictional resistance reducing means 50 is formed in a flat portion between the elastic members 37.
- the frictional resistance reducing means 50 is a cosmetically acceptable slippery material such as silicon resin, it can be applied intermittently.
- a plurality of silicon resin lines extending in the vertical direction Y and spaced apart in the horizontal direction X can be formed to provide the frictional resistance reducing means 50.
- a film having a small friction coefficient such as a plastic film can be further laminated on the second sheet 36.
- a film formed of polyethylene or polypropylene can be used as the plastic film.
- the frictional resistance reducing means 50 is formed on the skin contact sheet 30 side, but can also be formed on the inner surface sheet 17 facing the friction sheet 30. Also in this case, the frictional resistance reducing means 50 may be one that applies a silicon resin or one that attaches a plastic film.
- the leak barrier cuff 40 is spaced apart in the lateral direction X, and the skin contact sheet 30 is exposed therebetween, so that the skin contact sheet 30 can come into contact with the wearer's body. Further, since the elastic member 37 is not attached to the exposed portion of the skin contact sheet 30 and the ridge portion 38 and the groove portion 39 are not formed, the ridge portion 38 and the groove portion 39 form these on the wearer's skin. It is possible to prevent traces from being left behind and to reduce irritation to the skin.
- the skin contact sheet 30 is attached between the leak barrier cuff 40 and the inner sheet 17, but it may be attached to the body side of the leak barrier cuff 40. In this case, the skin contact sheet 30 can be moved more easily.
- FIG. 13 shows the pad 1 of the fourth embodiment.
- This embodiment is characterized in that a plurality of skin contact sheets are attached, and other components are the same as those in the first embodiment.
- symbol as 1st Embodiment is used, and the detailed description is abbreviate
- Two skin contact sheets 30 a and 30 b that are separated from each other in the longitudinal direction Y are attached to the rear waist region 12 on the body side of the chassis 10.
- the skin contact sheet 30a is located on the rear end 15 side, and the skin contact sheet 30b is located on the crotch region 13 side. Only the both side portions 33 of the skin contact sheets 30 a and 30 b are joined to the inner surface sheet 17 by the joining means 34.
- the skin contact sheet 30a is preferably disposed at a position corresponding to the sacrum portion of the wearer, and the skin contact sheet 30b is preferably disposed at a position corresponding to the wearer's sciatic portion.
- the skin contact sheet 30a and 30b By forming the plurality of skin contact sheets 30a and 30b as described above, the skin contact sheet can be brought into contact with the wearer's body in a wider area, and these can be moved separately with respect to the inner surface sheet 17. Therefore, it is possible to further prevent the wearer's skin from rubbing with the pad 1.
- the skin contact sheet 30a corresponds to the sacrum portion protruding from the other portions
- the skin contact sheet 30b corresponds to the sciatic portion where body pressure is most likely to concentrate when sitting.
- These sacral and sciatic portions are portions where pressure ulcers are likely to occur, and can be prevented by the skin contact sheets 30a and 30b.
- two skin contact sheets 30a and 30b are used, but this may be three or more, and the number is not limited. Further, depending on the number and size of the skin contact sheets, they may be in contact with each other without being separated. However, if the skin contact sheet is separated in the longitudinal direction Y to make the separation region and the defecation position coincide with each other, the stool is prevented from being placed on the skin contact sheet, and the stool is applied to the wearer's skin. Can be prevented from adhering.
- FIG. 14 is a view for explaining a skin contact sheet 30 of a pad according to the fifth embodiment.
- the skin contact sheet 30 will be described, and description of other components will be omitted.
- the skin contact sheet 30 is formed with a notch 45 in which a part of the front end 31 is notched.
- the notch 45 is formed in a V-shape that is located substantially at the center in the lateral direction X and that extends toward the front end 31. It is preferable to wear the notch 45 corresponding to the defecation position of the wearer.
- the notch 45 is a defecation region, the excreted stool is not placed on the skin contact sheet 30, and the stool adheres to the skin of the wearer. Can be prevented. Moreover, by forming the notch 45, the length dimension of the skin contact sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction Y can be increased, and the wearer can be contacted with a wider area.
- FIG. 15 and 16 show a sixth embodiment, which shows a disposable diaper 2 as a worn article.
- FIG. 15 is a perspective view of a state in which the waist opening of the diaper 2 is kept in an annular shape
- FIG. 16 is a plan view of the diaper 2 in a developed state.
- Constituent elements common to the pad 1 in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
- the front side portion 16a and the rear side portion 16b of the diaper 2 are joined together to form a seam portion 61.
- a waist opening 62 and a leg opening 63 are formed.
- the crotch region 13 is located on the virtual lateral center line QQ, and the longitudinal dimensions of the front waist region 11 and the rear waist region 12 in the longitudinal direction Y are substantially equal.
- the skin contact sheet 30 is located on the body side of the chassis 10 and in the rear waist region 12. Specifically, the skin contact sheet 30 is bonded to the inner surface sheet 17 by the bonding means 34 in the rear waist region 12.
- the joining means 34 is located only on the both side portions 33 of the skin contact sheet 30 and is not joined to the inner surface sheet 12 between them. Therefore, the skin contact sheet 30 can move relative to the inner surface sheet 17 in the non-joined portion between the joining means 34.
- Such a skin contact sheet 30 can be elastically contractible at least in the lateral direction X.
- a substantially rectangular wearing article that is substantially equal in the crotch region 13 is not excluded.
- the portion located on the wearer's inseam when worn is the crotch region 13, and the portion located on the ventral side of the crotch region 13 is located on the front waist region 11 and the back side.
- the portion can be the rear waist region 12.
- the skin contact sheet 30 is positioned at least on the rear end side with respect to the virtual lateral center line QQ.
