Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'extraction de boissons chaudes d'infusion par utilisation indifférenciée d'emballages contenant un ingrédient en poudre, et un système de commande de fermeture par pression, de dosage et de régulation de l'eau pour groupes hydrauliques d'extraction avec thermobloc, pour l'extraction de boissons chaudes à travers n'importe quel type d'emballage, tel que des capsules ou des pastilles, comprenant un groupe (33) de fermeture par pression, un piston central (02) de distribution d'eau chaude et une valve d'extraction (29) constituée par un ensemble de canaux (34) et deux joints toriques (31), permettant l'extraction de boissons chaudes indépendamment du type d'emballage dans lequel sont conditionnés les ingrédients, et notamment le café. La présente invention permet ainsi l'obtention d'une pression de fermeture appropriée et sûre lors de l'extraction des boissons, outre l'utilisation de divers types d'emballages, évitant ainsi l'utilisation de machines spécifiques pour chaque type d'emballage.
