Abstract

According to the invention, a blank (1) for box-shaped packaging (2) for holding confectionery or the like has at least one bottom section (3) and a top section (4), and transverse side wall sections (13-16), front side wall sections (17, 18) and rear side wall sections (19, 20) connected thereto via fold lines (5-12). In order to improve correspondingly produced packaging to the extent that no separate inserts, in particular made of other materials, are needed, the blank overall has a simple structure and the packaging can be produced from the blank, including the appropriate holding regions, by means of few folding or bending operations, at least one of the side wall sections of the bottom and/or top section is connected to a bottom or top insert section for the insertion of the confectionery or the like. The invention relates to a blank for a box-shaped packaging for receiving confectionery or the like having at least one bottom portion and a lid portion and connected thereto via fold lines Querseitenwand-, Vorderseitenwand- and rear side wall portions. Furthermore, the invention relates to a box-shaped packaging produced from this one-piece blank.

Corresponding blanks or packaging are known from practice and are used for example for receiving and arranging confectionery, such as chocolates or the like. The corresponding package is essentially box-shaped, with the transverse side wall section, front side wall section and rear side wall section being folded over the corresponding fold lines relative to the bottom or cover section in the direction of the corresponding section, thus forming a bottom part and a cover part of the box-shaped packaging.

In order to arrange the corresponding sweets ordered within the package and to be able to hold in a certain position, at least bottom or top part of the packaging on a mold insert. This mold insert is manufactured separately and is used after completion of the packaging in the bottom or lid part. As a rule, the mold insert is formed from a different material. For example, cardboard or other solid paper material is used for the packaging, while a plastic material is usually used for the mold insert. In order to arrange and hold the corresponding confectionery, such a mold insert has a number of receiving areas. In these, the sweets are arranged and held in position.

The object of the present invention is to improve such a blank or a package produced from this to the effect that no separate inserts are necessary especially from other materials, the blank overall has a simple structure and the package by a few folding or bending operations from the blank including the corresponding receiving areas can be produced. This object is solved by the features of patent claim 1 and patent claim 16, respectively.

According to the invention, the blank is characterized in that at least one of the side wall sections of the bottom and / or lid section is connected to a bottom or lid insert section, wherein the insert section can be folded according to the bottom or lid section and a number of receiving areas for the confectionery or the like. In this connection, it may be considered sufficient if, for example, only one floor insert section is provided, which is connected to a transverse side wall, front side wall or rear side wall section of the floor section. By appropriate folding of the bottom insert section in the direction of the bottom section, the corresponding receiving areas are arranged above the bottom section and can serve to receive corresponding confectionery. They can be held in their receiving areas by the closed lid portion.

It is also possible that the corresponding bottom insert portion is formed in two parts, wherein each part of the bottom insert portion is connected for example with a transverse side wall portion. In this case, then the two ground insert portion parts must be folded separately and then form in their folded position with the corresponding receiving areas an arrangement option for the confectionery. It is also possible for bottom or lid insert sections or their parts to be connected to the front side wall section or rear side wall section.

In order to be able to hold corresponding confectionery items through corresponding receiving areas when the packaging is closed from both sides, that is to say from the side of the bottom and lid sections, one bottom and one lid insert section can be provided in each case. These can be arranged on different side wall portion of the bottom or lid portion and connected thereto.

In this context, it can further be considered favorable if both insert sections have associated receiving areas when the packaging is closed, so that the corresponding confectionery products are securely arranged and held between these or the cavity formed by them. An easy-to-produce and easy to fold appropriate packaging blank can result in particular when bottom and / or lid insert portion are connected to the respective side wall portion of the bottom or lid portion.

There are several ways known to close a corresponding packaging of bottom part and lid part. An easy way to achieve this can be seen in the fact that the rear side wall portions of bottom and lid portion are connected to each other via a Gelenkfaltlinie.

In order to be able to connect the corresponding side wall sections to one another, in particular by gluing, for producing the packaging, it is advantageous in this context if fold-down adhesive tabs are arranged on at least some free ends of the side wall sections.

These can also be used for further attachment of floor and / or lid insert sections. For this purpose, in an advantageous embodiment, floor and / or lid insert sections have at least one longitudinal side section and / or transverse side section.

In order to be able to arrange sufficiently stably with a certain distance from the bottom or cover section when arranging a plurality of confectionery bottom or lid insert section, the longitudinal side section may have a foot side section and an adhesive side section. The adhesive side portion is bonded to the associated front side wall portion of the bottom portion and the lid portion is bent or folded so as to stand up on the bottom portion and support the bottom or lid insert portion.

It is possible that each receiving area is formed by a corresponding opening in the bottom or lid insert portion. Furthermore, there is the possibility that these receiving areas are formed by corresponding parts of bottom or lid insert sections which are formed, for example, by a folding line which at least partially delimits the corresponding receiving area and a number of cut lines. The fold line serves for folding or kinking certain parts of the corresponding receiving area, wherein this folding or kinking can be facilitated by the number of cutting lines. This gives the possibility to use the appropriate Place confectionery in the receiving areas and keep them in their position. In addition, the receiving areas are adapted in this way directly to different sizes of confectionery, in which, for example, a more or less kinking or folding occurs, and possibly only some of the cutting lines are used.

Depending on the number and weight of the various confectionery products, it may further be advantageous in this context if at least one receiving area has a supporting section bounded by the receiving fold line and at least two receiving cut lines. Such a support portion is then foldable in the direction of the corresponding bottom or lid portion and can stand up on this and be glued there at least in places.

In order to improve the material of the blank or of the packaging produced therefrom with regard to the visual impression or with regard to cleanliness, fluid-tightness or the like, the bottom or lid insert section or at least the corresponding receiving regions can have a coating and / or a paint application. Such a coating may be a thin plastic film, which may optionally also have a certain color. The appropriate application of the plastic film or the paint can be done on the blank at the desired locations in the preparation of the blank.

Due to the respective pick-up fold line or pick-up cut lines, each of the pick-up areas may comprise a number of substantially geometrically identical pick-up segments extending inwardly from the pick-up fold line.

In a simple embodiment, the receiving segments may be substantially triangular. Other geometric shapes such as square, oval or the like are also conceivable.

In order to hold and support the corresponding confectionery in the receiving area not only laterally but also optionally from below, such a receiving segment can have a bending and / or cutting line running transversely to its longitudinal direction. Along the buckling or folding line, the corresponding receiving segment is at least partially bent or folded and can thus hold and support the arranged in the receiving area food both side and from below. One appropriate buckling of the receiving segment can be facilitated if, for example, the bending line has some cutting line sections.

Furthermore, there is the possibility that only one cutting line is used, which extends partially across the receiving segment and facilitates a corresponding bending of the receiving segment along the cutting line.

There is also the possibility that the corresponding bottom or lid insert sections can be glued in the region of their support sections with respective bottom or lid section. As a result, further supports between corresponding bottom insert portion and bottom portion or lid insert portion and lid portion are possible.

As already stated above, the invention also relates to a corresponding box-shaped package for receiving sweets or the like, which is produced from the above-described one-piece blank.

Figure 1 shows a plan view of a one-piece blank 1 for a box-shaped packaging 2, see Figure2. The blank comprises a bottom section 3 and a cover section 4. The blank 1 also has a bottom insert portion 21 and a lid insert portion 22. These are connected to the corresponding front side wall sections 17, 18 of each bottom section 3 and cover section 4 via a further fold line 48, 49. The bottom insert portion 21 has a series of receiving areas 23. These are determined by picking fold lines 35 and cut lines 37, respectively. The picking fold line 35 essentially surrounds the corresponding receiving area 23 and also has cut lines 37 in corresponding corners. These continue as intersecting cutting lines 37 in the interior of each receiving region 23 and thus form essentially triangular receiving segments 44. The bottom insert portion 21 has at its free end transverse side portions 29 and a longitudinal side portion 27. The lateral side portions 29 correspond to the transverse side wall portion 13 and 14 of the bottom portion 3. Analogous to the bottom insert section 21, the lid insert section 22 likewise has such transverse side sections 30 and a longitudinal side section 28. The longitudinal side section 28 is in turn constructed in two parts from the foot side section 32 and the adhesive side section 34. The adhesive side portion 34 is glued in produced package 2 with the rear side wall portion 20 of the lid portion 4. The foot side section 32 rests on the lid section 4 accordingly.

It should be noted at this point that the corresponding receiving areas 23 and 24 are shown only by way of example, wherein they may differ both in arrangement and number as well as in their geometric shape. The geometric shape is particularly adapted to the outer shape of the corresponding candy or the like. to be able to pick them up with closed packaging and also with open packaging and hold. The lid insert portion 22 is also analogous to the bottom insert portion 21 via a further fold line 49 connected to the front side wall portion 18 of the lid portion 4.

The blank 1 of Figure 1 is in one piece and has all the components of the corresponding packaging 2, so that can be dispensed with additional mold inserts or the like.

Not shown in FIG. 1 is another possible coating of the blank with, for example, a thin plastic film or else a corresponding ink application, in particular for highlighting the receiving areas 23 and 24, respectively. In order to produce a corresponding packaging 2, the corresponding transverse side wall sections, front side wall sections, rear side wall sections, longitudinal side sections and transverse side sections are generally bent by means of the corresponding fold lines and then bonded in a first step, for example, the adhesive side sections with the front side wall sections. This is done analogously also for the corresponding adhesive tabs 26. The adhesive tabs 26 can be glued both to the transverse side wall sections of the bottom section and cover section and to the transverse side section of the bottom insert section and top insert section. Already by these few steps to get a package 2 of Figure 2, which is then close and open by means of the corresponding joint fold line 25.

It can also be seen in FIG. 2 that at least the receiving areas 23 and 24 are highlighted by a corresponding coloring 43. Of course, the other parts of the blank can be provided with a paint job and / or a print. In this way, the blank 1 according to FIG. 1 already contains all the constituents of the finished packaging, so that only appropriate confectionery or the like can be inserted into the receiving areas, close the packaging, and possibly surrounded by a further protective film or the like.

In particular, it can be seen in FIG. 2 that different receiving segments 44, 45 serve as supporting sections 41, 42. This applies, for example, to the inner three receiving areas arranged in the middle row in FIG. 2, see reference numeral 41, and also the inner three receiving areas of the lid insert section arranged in the middle row, see reference numeral 42.

In particular, it can still be seen in FIG. 2 that the various receiving segments 44, 45 of the receiving regions 23, 24 are all folded down in the direction of the bottom or lid section 3, 4, see the corresponding picking fold lines 35, 36 or cutting lines 37 to 40 according to FIG. 1, so that depressions in the receiving regions 23, 24 result in the packaging 2 according to FIG. 2, which receive the corresponding sweets and, in particular, hold them securely when the packaging is closed.

It should be particularly pointed out again that the corresponding receiving areas 23, 24 are not formed by separate mold inserts or the like according to the invention, but already result from the one-piece blank 1 of Figure 1 and formed by the additional Bodeneinsatz- or lid insert portions 21 and 22 are. In this way can be produced by a simple one-piece blank complete packaging with receiving areas for sweets or the like without much effort and without additional steps. Corresponding further coatings or colorings are likewise formed directly on the blank, so that no further working steps are necessary for producing the complete packaging or the packaging already produced. The material of the corresponding blank and thus the packaging is a good recyclable material, such as cardboard or the like. Of course, this also applies to the corresponding receiving areas 23, 24 of FIGS. 1 and 2.
