Abstract

Selon le procédé, la carte de circuit imprimé (3) est introduite dans une partie de boîtier (2). Une protubérance (1.1) s'étendant en direction de la carte de circuit imprimé (3) est formée sur l'autre partie de boîtier (1) et une pression est appliquée, pendant le soudage, sur la partie de boîtier (1) présentant la protubérance (1.1), de préférence jusqu'à ce qu'une force antagoniste prédéfinie soit atteinte. De plus, une force prédéfinie est exercée, même lors du refroidissement, sur la partie de boîtier (1) présentant la protubérance (1.1) et la carte de circuit imprimé (3) est ainsi immobilisée à force dans le boîtier. Pendant le soudage, l'application d'une pression permet d'immobiliser la carte de circuit imprimé (3) dans la position prédéfinie et empêche que la carte de circuit imprimé (3) ne flotte et que le métal fondu ne se répande dans des régions critiques de la carte de circuit imprimé. En outre, l'application de pression provoque une précontrainte élastique de la partie de boîtier (1) présentant la protubérance (1.1). Grâce au maintien d'une force prédéfinie pendant le refroidissement, la carte de circuit imprimé (3) reste immobilisée dans le boîtier par l'intermédiaire de la protubérance (1.1) et la contrainte ne peut pas se relâcher, mais est plutôt encore renforcée par le retrait du matériau lors de son durcissement. Il est ainsi garanti que, même après le durcissement, la protubérance (1.1) appuie sur la carte de circuit imprimé (3) avec une force prédéfinie et immobilise ainsi à force ladite carte de circuit imprimé dans le boîtier d'une manière extrêmement fiable.
