Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de contrôle d'accès d'une personne à un dispositif mobile ou fixe ou d'autorisation d'une action, par capture optique et exploitation de caractéristiques biométriques. À cet effet, une caméra prend une image bidimensionnelle ou tridimensionnelle d'une oreille ou d'une partie d'une oreille de la personne, et un enregistrement d'objet est réalisé à partir des données d'image ainsi obtenues, cet enregistrement étant comparé à un enregistrement d'objet déjà présent dans une base de données. La personne n'aura accès au dispositif mobile ou fixe ou l'autorisation à effectuer une action que s'il y a concordance, dans les limites d'une marge de tolérance, entre, d'une part les informations topographiques concernant l'oreille ou la partie d'oreille de la personne concordent, et d'autre part les informations topographiques consignées dans la base de données d'objets. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'information topographique se rapporte à la structure d'oreille, à la forme d'oreille, ou à la position de l'oreille tridimensionnelles, avec ou sans la zone entourant l'oreille.
