Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Modulelement, umfassend einen hochtemperatur-stabilen Grundkörpers, wobei der hochtemperatur-stabile Grundkörper mindestens einen metallischen oder keramischen Boden enthält, der mindestens eine durchgehende Öffnung zur Einbringung einer keramischen Kapillarmembran aufweist, und mindestens eine als hinreichend gasdichte und hochtemperatur-stabile Verbindung zwischen dem metallischen oder keramischen Boden und der mindestens einen keramischen Kapillarmembran ausgeformte Pottung, wobei die mindestens eine durchgehende Öffnung des mindestens einen metallischen oder keramischen Bodens auf mindestens einer Seite des metallischen oder keramischen Bodens eine Erweiterung zur Aufnahme der hinreichend gasdichten und hochtemperatur-stabilen Verbindung aufweist.
