本实施例提供了一种释放 SIPTO PDN连接的方法, 该方法通过采用由 源移动性管理网元确定是否需要释放 SIPTO PDN连接的技术手段, 解决了 现有技术中, 在 UE移动后, 在目标侧, 为 UE服务的目标移动性管理网元 直接为 UE 建立 SIPTO PDN连接, 导致网络资源浪费的技术问题, 进而取 得了可合理利用网络资源的技术效果。
实施例 2
如图 3 所示, 本实施例提供一种释放连接的方法, 该方法适合部署在 当因 UE移动使服务的移动性管理网元发生改变时, 改变后为 UE提供服务 的移动性管理网元上。 另外, 在本实施例中称该改变前的移动性管理网元 为源移动性管理网元,改变后为 UE提供服务的移动性管理网元为目标移动 性管理网元。
步骤 201 , 当月良务用户的移动性管理网元发生改变时,接收到来自源侧 的消息,所述消息中包含用于指示 PDN连接或承载的第一 SIPTO指示信元。
步驟 202, 根据所述消息中的第一 SIPTO指示信元的指示确定是否存 在与指示对应的 SIPTO PDN连接。

如图 4所示, 本实施例提供了一种释放连接的方法, 该方法主要依赖在 因 UE的移动使服务的移动性管理网元发生改变时,改变前为 UE提供服务的 移动性管理网元。 具体地, 在本实施例以及后继的实施例中称该改变前的 移动性管理网元为源移动性管理网元, 改变后为 UE提供 务的移动性管理 网元为 标移动性管理网元, 相应地, 改变前为 UE提供服务的接入网元为 源接入网元, 改变后为 UE提供服务的接入网元为目标接入网元。
步骤 301 , UE向目标接入网元发送跟錄区更新请求, 目标接入网元在接 收到该请求后, 将所述跟踪区更新请求发送到目标移动性管理网元。
第一种步骤 301的具体方案: UE向目标接入网元发送跟踪区更新请求, 目标接入网元在接收到该请求后, 还可以将 UE当前接入的封闭用户纽 ( Closed Subscriber Group , CSG )信息和 /或目标接入网元支持 SIPTO的能 力一起发送到 标移动性管理网元。

本发明实施例提供的释放连接的方法具有如下优点或有益效果: 提供 了当因用户移动使 J良务的移动性管理网元发生改变时, 如何释放 SIPTO PDN连接的方案。 源移动性管理网元才良据用户在目标侧的 CSG信息和用户 CSG相关签约数据,或者目标接入网元支持 SIPTO的能力中的至少一个确定 SIPTO在目标侧能否保持, 当确定 SIPTO PDN连接能够保持时, 网络側为 UE在目标侧建立 SIPTO PDN连接, 当确定不能保持 SIPTO PDN连接时, 源 移动性管理网元发送删除 SIPTO PDN连接的消息。 这样, 既能保证用户业 务的连续性, 可避免网络侧为 UE在移动过程中不停创建 SIPTO PDN连接的 情况的发生, 又能兼顾运营商资源利用的平衡, 在 SIPTO PDN连接不能保 持时, 释放该 PDN连接, 便于运营商合理利用网络资源。

步驟 502 , 源移动性管理网元向目标移动性管理网元发送前向切换请求 消息。 消息中包括用户上下文信息。
第一种步骤 502的具体方案: 源移动性管理网元向目标移动性管理网元 发送前向切换请求消息, 消息中可以包含第一 SIPTO指示信元, 该第一 SIPTO指示信元的具体实施方式 参考步骤 303。 消息中包括用户上下文信 息, 收到用户上下文后, 目标移动性管理网元在建立相应的无线承栽时, 根据该 SIPTO的 PDN标识指示目标接入网元该连接用于 SIPTO。 对于该连接 各承载上的 SIPTO的数据包, 目标接入网元可以将其不发往安全隧道。 目标 接入网元可以在承载创建响应消息中携带是否支持 SIPTO的指示。
需要说明的是, 如果 S-GW发生改变, 目标移动性管理网元将向 S-GW 发送创建承载请求消息。 S-GW收到创建承载消息后创建承栽。
第二种步骤 502的具体方案: 源移动性管理网元向目标移动性管理网元
发送前向切换请求消息。消息中可包括用户在源侧的 CSG信息和第一 STPTO 指示信元。 用户在源侧的 CSG信息包括如下中的至少一项: 用户在源侧的 CSG ID 、 CSG信元、 接入网元的接入模式。

本发明实施例提供的释放连接的方法具有如下优点或有益效果: 提供 了当因用户移动使 ^务的移动性管理网元发生改变时, 如何释放 SIPTO PDN连接的方案。 在目标移动性管理网元根据源移动性管理网元的标识确 定存在对应的 SIPTO PDN连接后, 根据 CGS信息、 用户 CSG相关签约数据、 接入网元的 SIPTO的能力等一种或者多种的组合确定 SIPTO在目标侧能否 保持, 当确定不能保持 SIPTO PDN连接时, 可向源移动性管理网元发送删 除 SIPTO PDN连接的指示,由源移动性管理网元进行根据该指示删除 SIPTO PDN连接, 或者直接由目标移动性管理网元发起删除 SIPTO PDN连接的流 程。 这样, 既能保证用户业务的连续性, 可避免网络侧为 UE在移动过程中 不停创建 SIPTO PDN连接的情况的发生, 又能兼顿运营商资源利用的平衡, 在 SIPTO PDN连接不能保持时, 释放该 PDN连接, 便于运营商合理利用网
络资源。
另外, 本地疏导(Local IP Access , LEPA ) , 即 UE通过接入网元直接 访问家庭网络设备或者公司网络的资源, 采用的架构和本发明实施例中的 SIPTO相同。 因此, 存在 LIPA PDN连接的 UE在移动时, 同样存在本发明实 施例所要解决的问题,本发明上述实施例中处理 SIPTO的方法同样也适用于 对本地疏导(Local IP Access , LIPA ) 的处理。 这里不在赘述!

如果确定释放 SIPTO PDN连接, 则发送删除所述 SIPTO PDN连接的 消息到用户面网关。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户在目标侧的接 入信息包括如下中的至少一项:
用户接入的封闭用户组 CSG信息和用户 CSG相关签约数据, 目标接入网元支持 SIPTO的能力,
目标移动性管理网元的 IP地址。

执行单元, 用于当确定单元确定释放 SIPTO PD 连接时, 发送删除所 述 SIPTO PDN连接的消息到用户面网关。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置还包括: 信息获取单元,用于获取用户接入的 CSG信息和 /或目标接入网元支持 SIPTO的能力;

如果所述目标接入网元支持 SIPTO的能力不支持 SIPTO, 则确定释放 所述 SIPTO PDN连接。
20、 一种释放连接的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收到来自源移动性管理网元的消息, 所述消息中包 含用于指示 PDN连接或承栽的第一 SIPTO指示信元;
第一确定单元, 用于根据所述消息中的第一 STPT0指示信元确定是否 存在与指示对应的 SIPTO PDN连接;
第二确定单元, 用于当第一确定单元确定存在对应的 SIPTO PD 连接 时, 根据用户在目标侧的接入信息确定是否释放所述 SIPTO PDN连接; 执行单元, 用于当第二确定单元确定释放所述 SIPTO PDN连接, 则执 亍删除所述 SIPTO PDN连接的处理。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述用户在目标侧的 接入信息至少包括用户面网关的地址;
所述第二确定单元包括:
地址确定模块, 用于根据所述用户面网关的地址确定是否释放所述 SIPTO PDN连接;
则所述执行单元包括:
执行模块, 用于当地址确定模块确定幹放所述 SIPTO PDN连接时, 发 送删除所述 SIPTO PD 连接的消息到所述源移动性管理网元。
22、 根据权利要求 20所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述用户在目标侧的 接入信息至少包括用户 CSG相关签约数据和用户接入的 CSG信息,或者 标接入网元支持 SIPTO的能力;
所述第二确定单元包括:
信息确定模块, 用于根据所述用户 CSG相关签约数据和用户接入的 CSG信息, 或者根据目标接入网元支持 SIPTO的能力, 确定是否译放所述 SIPTO PDN连接;
则所述执行单元包括:
发送模块, 用于当信息确定模块确定释放所述 SIPTO PDN连接时, 发 送删除所述 SIPTO PD 连接的消息到用户面网关
23、 一种释放连接的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
源侧, 用于当服务用户的移动性管理网元发生改变时, 发送包含用于
指示 PDN连接或承载的第一 STPTO指示信元的消息到目标侧;
目标侧,用于接收所述消息, 并才艮据所述消息中的第一 SIPTO指示信元 的指示确定是否存在对应的 SIPTO PDN连接, 如果确定存在对应的 SIPTO PDN连接, 则根据用户在目标侧的接入信息确定是否释放所述 SIPTO PDN 连接; 如果确定释放所述 SIPTO PDN连接则执行删除所述 SIPTO PDN连接 的处理。
