- the UE's services can be performed normally.
- the embodiment of the present invention adopts the following solutions:
- Method 1 If the tracking area update or the routing update is initiated when the UE moves to the target side, when the mobility management network element finds that the access network element changes, the following information may be used to indicate that the source access network element deletes the upper and lower information of the UE: When the mobility management network element is unchanged, if there is an Iu connection or an S1 connection with the source side access network element, the mobility management network element sends an Iu release command or an S1-AP: SI release command message to the source access network element. A reason value may be added to the cause value to indicate that the access network element releases the context information of the UE. Such as cause: remove the UE context and so on. The specific name is not limited.
- the context information of the UE on the access network is deleted. If the Iu connection or the S1 connection does not exist, the source-side mobility management network element may also send a message to the source-side access NE to indicate that the source access NE deletes the UE context information.
- the name of the message is not limited, such as: l ipa context release reques t and so on.
- the target-side mobility management network element may send a source to the source-side mobility management network element to access the Internet interface of the access network element, such as i port 1 - indicat ion.
- the target-side mobility management network element sends the Iu release command or the Sl-AP: SI release command message to the source-side access network element, and uses the cause value to indicate that the source-side access network deletes the context information of the UE.
- the source side mobility management network element may also send a message to the source side access network element to indicate that the source access network element deletes the UE context information.
- the name of the message is not limited, such as: l ipa context release reques t and so on.
- the source access NE initiates the handover process according to the measurement report of the UE.
- the source-side access NE can delete the context information of the reserved UE due to the handover change of the access NE.
- Method 2 A timer is set on the home base station, and the timer name can be up to a timer or a monitoring timer. The specific name is not limited.
- the timer is used to monitor the release time of the UE context information. The timer is started when the UE is in the idle state (that is, there is no S1 connection), and when the UE is in the connected state (when the S1 connection is established), the timer is stopped. When the timer expires, the context information of the UE on the access network can be initiated. . There are three ways to set the timer:
- the home base station can parse the NAS signaling to obtain the tracking area update timer information of the UE.
- the duration of the timer in the embodiment of the present invention may be set by referring to the tracking area update timer duration of the UE, and may be equal to or slightly longer than the tracking area update timer. It should be noted that the duration of the tracking area update timer is used as the timer duration in the embodiment of the present invention. The main reason is: when the tracking area update timer on the UE times out, the UE should initiate the tracking area update if normal. If the tracking area update is not initiated normally, the access network element has reason to believe that the UE has lost the connection, etc., and then the UE context information may be deleted. Therefore, the duration of the timer may be set according to the duration of the tracking area update timer of the UE. The setting of the duration is reasonable.
- the home base station can start a timer for the UE performing the service through the internet, and the timer duration can be set autonomously. Specifically, if the home base station sets the timer duration autonomously, the operator or the owner of the issuing home base station can set the time for clearing the UE context information on the home base station.
- the network side informs the access network element of the timer information, for example, notifying the access network of the timer information in the ini t ial context setup reques t message.
- the time of the timer can be controlled by the core network side.
- the timer duration can be set according to different regional characteristics. For example, in the residential area, the time for the network to send to the home base station can be longer. In some commercial areas, such as shopping malls, the user mobility is large, and the time that the network side can deliver the timer is shorter. Wait.
- the embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for processing a call in a scenario of a home base station.
- a processing device for a call in a scenario of a home base station includes:
- the storage unit 1001 is configured to save context information of the UE when the user terminal UE is in an idle state;
- the receiving unit 1002 is configured to receive a downlink data packet that is sent to the UE in an idle state.

- the device further includes a first obtaining unit 1005, specifically configured to acquire a public network address of the user terminal UE.
- the storage unit 1001 is further configured to: when the UE moves, if the access NE changes, the storage unit 1001 deletes the saved context information of the UE; or
- the device further includes a timer setting unit 1005, configured to set a timer, where the duration of the timer is set according to a tracking area update timer of the UE or an area of the area where the UE is located, when the UE is in the The timer is started in an idle state, and when the timer expires, the storage unit 1001 deletes the saved context information of the UE.

- the embodiment of the present invention provides a processing device for a call in a home access scenario, where the context information of the UE in the idle state is saved, so that when receiving the downlink data packet sent from the internet to the UE, the context information of the UE may be
- the destination address of the downlink data packet is changed to the public network address of the UE. Abstract
