Abstract

Beschichtungsmittel zum magensaftresistenten Beschichten von Kapselhälften aus wasserlöslichem oder in Wasser quellbaren Polymermaterial im Tauchverfahren, in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion oder Lösung, enthaltend eine Polymermischung aus mindestens einem ersten (Meth)acrylat Copolymer, welches magensaftresistent ist, und mindestens einem weiteren (Meth)acrylat Copolymer, welches magensaftresistent oder wasserunlöslich ist, sowie Hilfsstoffen,die die Viskosität der Dispersion und die Elastizität des getrockneten Polymerfilms beeinflussen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Feststoffgehalt der Dispersion oder Lösung mehr als 25 Gew.-% und die Viskosität 150 bis 1500 mPa s beträgt, wobei ein aus der Dispersion oder Lösung erzeugter, getrockneter Film eine Reißdehnung von mindestens 200 % aufweist und sich eine aus zwei mit der Dispersion oder Lösung im Tauchverfahren beschichteten Kapselhälften zusammengesetzte Kapsel in 0,1 N HCl bei p H 1,2 nach zwei Stunden nicht auflöst, sich aber anschließend in Puffer bei pH 6,8 in weniger als 30 Minuten vollständig auflöst.
