This situation forms an undesired situation in shock absorbers.
A few applications are encountered in the patent research made about vehicle seat shock absorbers. Among these applications; in the patent application of VITRA PATENTE AG with no EP1468633; a shock absorber having a sealed chamber is found and a cylinder structure surrounding the said chamber moves inside the cylinder via a piston in the vertical axis. In the movement direction of the shock absorber, in the position of the piston and an exit position, movable seat and rear seat have a vertical reclining position. Another patent application is the application of the FU LUONG HI TECH CO LTD Company with no TW265250 (B). In the abstract part of this application, the invention comprises a source having an external cylinder tube, and a gas of an internal cylinder unit of a piston unit. A control device forms the internal cylinder unit inside. The place on which the internal cylinder would be fitted has a cylinder wall. A channel and the cylinder wall have a face which is added to the external cylinder tube. By the combination found between the internal cylinder fitting place and the guide joint formed, the guide joint is easily formed for facilitating operation. Description of the Invention
The purpose of the invention is to provide a shock absorber bringing a different novelty and having different technical properties than the shock absorber embodiments used in the prior art. A purpose of the invention is to place a pusher component (spring) as additional support force to gas and oil pressure in order to provide problem free locking of the valve found inside the piston. The purpose is to provide a stronger locking by obtaining superior force and performance via the pusher component.
Another purpose of the invention is to provide more sound operation of the transfer mechanisms (brake wire mechanisms and plastic accessories), which actuate the shock absorber locking pin found at the seat to which the shock absorber is connected, against friction and tacking with regards to embodiments used in the prior art.
Another purpose of the invention is to; also extend the expected life of the valve by increasing the tightness ratio of the o-ring, which is the impermeability member between the valve and the piston.
Another purpose of the invention is to ensure the spring, which is placed as additional support force to gas and oil pressure, be used for long time and even have much more long expected life than the expected life of the shock absorber. As a result, it contributes to problem free and longer operation of the system.
In order to achieve the above said purposes, the present invention relates to shock absorbers providing movement of the backrest surface of vehicle seats comprising a valve body positioned inside the pressure chamber and an on-off pin providing directing of the valve body from outside by being connected to that valve body, and in order to bring additional support force to oil pressure for movement of the valve body, which is positioned in the said pressure chamber, and which is moved linearly on the x-axis with the impact of oil pressure, the invention comprises at least one pusher component, which is positioned at the said pressure chamber, and which applies pushing force to valve body on the x-axis line together with the oil pressure.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the shock absorber (10), which is the subject of the invention, are only described for better understanding of the subject without forming any limiting affect. The invention relates to shock absorbers (10) providing movement of the backrest surface of vehicle seats comprising a piston body (25) positioned inside the outer cylinder pressure chamber (23) and a valve body (20) positioned inside this piston body (25) and an on-off pin (11) providing directing of the valve body (20) from outside by being connected to that valve body (20) and a shock absorber shaft (12) on which this pin (11) is embedded, an outer cylinder (22) in which the piston body (25) is positioned, impermeability o-ring (13), and impermeability component (21), and in order to bring additional support force to oil pressure for movement of the valve body (20), which is positioned in the piston body (25) that is positioned in the said outer cylinder pressure chamber (23), and to which is moved linearly on the x- axis with the impact of oil pressure; the invention comprises at least one pusher component (18), which is positioned inside the piston internal rear chambers (23.1), and which applies pushing force to valve body (20) on the x-axis line together with the oil pressure.
The said pusher component (18) is a spring. It comprises a fixing washer ( 9), which performs the task of a retaining surface for the said pusher component (18), and comprises valve connection upper and lower washers (15,16) which are connected with the on-off pin (11) and valve connection upper and lower nuts (14,17) which are connected with the on-off pin (11) and positioned in the valve body (20).
Additional force is provided to oil pressure via pusher component (18) adapted to the system and thus operation of the valve body (20) on the x-axis is ensured for long time. The spring, or in other words, the pusher component (18) used here has characteristics durable for long usage periods. One end of the pusher component (18) positioned inside the piston internal rear chambers (23.1) is leaned against the fixing washer (19) performing retaining task. And its other end is leaned against the valve connection lower washer (16). The spring used between these two volumes facilitates the linear movement of valve body (20) on the x-axis by continuously making pressure on the valve connection lower washer (16). A structure performing the same task can be obtained by using pull spring preferably at the piston internal front chamber (23.2) region. That is to say, it is also possible to position the pull spring providing a second additional force to the oil force in the piston internal front chamber (23.2).
The way of operation of the shock absorber (10) is as follows: when pushing force is applied in the x-axis line on the locking or on-off pin (1 1 ) embedded with the shock absorber shaft (12), since the shock absorber shaft (12) is integral with the mechanism (24) inside the outer cylinder (22) as seen from the outside of the shock absorber, pressure is applied on the mechanism (24) in the x-axis towards inside the outer cylinder (22) and the pressurized oil found inside the outer cylinder rear chamber (23.4) passes to the outer cylinder front chamber (23.3) and thus oil transfer is accomplished and the mechanism (24) changes its position. The oil passage transfer in the valve mechanism (24) is accomplished in this way (See figure-4).
The shock absorber pipe, or in other words, the mechanism (24) found inside the outer cylinder (22) applies pressure on the pressurized oil piston internal rear chamber (23.1) on x-axis direction, and since the on-off pin (1 1 ) and spring group mechanism (24) found in the piston body (25) are under pressure at this moment on x-axis direction, the oil hole (26) is in open position, the pressurized oil passes through the internal hole (19.1 ) of the fixing washer (19) from the outer cylinder rear chamber (23.4) and gets into the rear chamber (23.1 ) found inside the piston, and then it is transferred to the front chamber (23.2) found inside the piston by being transferred through the oil passage channels of valve connection washers (16). From here, passes through the oil hole (26) and the transfer operation is accomplished by getting into the shock absorber outer cylinder front chamber (23.3). During operation of the shock absorber in opposite direction, oil transfer is made in opposite way and the operation is accomplished with the same performance.
The protection scope of this application has been specified under claims and cannot be limited to the descriptions only given as sampling above. It is obvious that a person skilled in the related art can apply the innovation disclosed by this invention into similar purposed other areas by means of changing the parts in form and/or using similar structures. Therefore, it is also clear that such embodiments lack of novelty and inventive step criteria.
