Abstract
The invention relates to a fastening element for fastening a magnet (13) to a component of an electric machine, in particular a rotor, comprising a cap (14), and to an assembly and a component of an electric machine having such a cap (14). In order to securely retain the magnets (13) and to minimize the risk of fracture for the magnets (13) and the development of unnecessary heat loss, the cap (14) is formed from a packet of plates (15) electrically isolated from one another. In the component according to the invention, the plates are arranged in a radial plane of the electric machine. The plates (15) are made of a non-magnetic metal, preferably aluminum.
