Abstract

This invention is based upon an improved and multifunctional petrol additive which is eco friendly and is made up of 100 % herbal composition for 2/3 wheeler automobile having 2 stroke or 4 stroke engine which when mixed with petrol breaks the hydro-carbon and improves combustion, which in turns increases the average of an engine. It removes the deposited carbon from the piston and the engine cylinder, which reduces the friction and engine noise. It helps in complete combustion which reduces carbon mono-oxide contain from the engine exhaust. It easily gets dissolved in petrol and prevents the vaporization of petrol. It increases the average of the engine and increases life of the engine and is authenticated for national standard safety by the test and evaluation methods for Petrol additives in respect of Indian Standard 27096 - 2000 and as per Petroleum Conservation Research Associations of India.

Description

Multifunctional Petrol Additive for Two and Three Wheelers
PREAMBLE OF INVENTION- This invention is particular described the nature of the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
FIELD OF INVENTION- The disclosure is directed to a method of enhancing petrol value by mixing purely herbal oil in 2/3 wheeler petrol engine
automobile having 2-stroke or 4-stork engine, resulting in improved
combustion, reduction of friction and engine noise and emission
characteristics. It increases the average of engine and the life of engine.
PRIOR ART
In the existing system as given in United States Patent Application No. 7172635-Granted patent wherein a fuel additive composition comprising an oleic alkanolamide and an alkoxylated oleic acid. There is also described a fuel composition comprising a hydrocarbon fuel and a fuel additive comprising an oleic alkanolamide and an alkoxylated oleic acid and also a method of running a combustion engine using the fuel if the invention.
In the existing system as given in European Patent Application No. EP 1 155102 - Granted Patent wherein the invention relates to a fuel composition which is contained in a larger amount of motor petrol. Said composition comprises aromatics content of 42 vol. % at most and a sulphur content of 150 wt. % ppm at most as well as a smaller amount of at least one motor petrol additive which has a detergent effect or which inhibits the wear of valve seats. Said additive is provided with at least one hydrophobic hydrocarbon radical with a numeric mean molecular weight of 85 to 20,000 and at least one polar grouping.
In the existing system as given in United States Application No. 20080295398- Patent application wherein said fuel additive is provided arid includes a mixture of about 0.05 to about 20 percent by weight of a liquid having an aqueous character and about 80 to about 99.95 percent by weight of ethanol or isopropyl alcohol, wherein the mixture had been heated to about 100° to about 200° F., or higher; to remove any ethanol or isopropyl alcohol not intimately bound with the liquid having an aqueous character. The present invention further provides a method of. providing a fuel additive. The method includes mixing about 0.05 to about 20 percent by weight of a liquid having an aqueous character with about 80 to about 99.95 percent by weight of ethanol or isopropyl alcohol and heating the mixture to about 100° to about 200° F., or higher, to remove any ethanol or isopropyl alcohol not intimately bound with the liquid having an aqueous character.
.In the existing system as given in WIPO Application No. PCT/US 1998/025859 - Patent Application wherein said method for reducing carbon deposited in a combustion engine, comprising the steps of forming a fuel-water-based additive mixture, and introducing the fuel-water additive mixture to the engine during engine operation such that carbon deposited on the engine from combustion of the fuel-water additive mixture is less than carbon deposited from the combustion of the fuel without the additive. The water-based additive is a structured liquid comprising crystal structured liquid. A fuel- water based additive mixture which comprises a fuel and a water-based additive.
In the existing system as given in United States Patent Application No. 5826369 - Granted Patent wherein said liquid hydrocarbon fuel wherein combustion of said fuel with oxygen produces carbon monoxide and oxides of nitrogen at a given pollutant emission- level, wherein the improvement comprises the addition of a fuel additive to said fuel said fuel additive comprising β-carotene consisting essentially of trans β-carotene, chlorophyll, and jojoba oil and being added to said fuel in an amount sufficient to reduce the pollutant emission level of said liquid hydrocarbon fuel.
In the existing system as given in United States Patent Application No. 5906665- Granted Patent wherein said a method and composition for improving the mechanical efficiency of an engine is provided. Ultra-high molecular weight polyisobutylene (PIB) added to the fuel changes the momentary mechanical properties of the fuel during induction. The additive provides a more uniform spray droplet size, increases the extensional viscosity of the fuel, and adapts other physical properties, under induction conditions.
In the existing system as- given in Indian Patent Application No. 785/ CHE/ 2004 - Patent Application wherein a combustion additive is used for protecting and improving the operation of diesel fuel combustion systems. The additive contains one or more iron -containing compounds. The additive can be added to the fuel prior to introduction into a combustion chamber or to the exhaust after the combustion chamber. The additive will then enhance the operation of diesel fuel combustions systems by improving, for example, exhaust after treatment performance. In the existing system as given in Indian Patent Application No. 776/KOLNP/2008- Patent Application wherein said additive includes calcium source, a suspension agent, a castor oil, and optionally a castor supplement/ replacement. In many embodiments, polyalphaolefin is included. The preferred suspension agents are fatty acid esters, triglycerides or other, with a pour point/ melt point from about 5 degrees C to about 50 degrees C. Suspension agents of particular interest are: 1) polymerized ester(s) of ricinoleic acid (polymerized ester(s) of 12-Hydroxy Oleic Acid), 2) polymerized ester(s) of 12-Hydroxy Stearic Acid, 3) waxy esters of ricinoleic acid, 4) palm oil, 5) palm-olein, 6) coconut oil, and 7) jojoba oil. The waxy esters may result from polymerization of shorter carboxylic add monomers. The additive may be used in fuels to improve combustion engine performance in terms of efficiency and emissions. Polyalphaolefin may be important, especially in additive formulations for diesel fuels, for NOx reduction. The additive may be used in lubricants that improve performance of both ferrous and non-ferrous metal components of engines, guns, or other machinery. The additive also may be used in cutting fluids for machining and fabrication. Used in conjunction with other additives, embodiments of the invention may be used to lower pour points in oils, esters and other similar products.
In the existing system as given in Indian Patent Application No. 2213/CHE/2006- Patent Application wherein disclosure is directed to a method of enhancing a fuel value for a used or waste lubricating oil, lubricating oils having improved combustion and emission characteristics, and a business method for distributing and using waste oils as components of primary combustion fuels. In one embodiment, there is provided a lubricating oil composition having improved combustion and emission properties when burned as a used lubricating oil composition. The lubricating oil composition includes a major amount of oil of lubricating viscosity and a minor combustion improving amount of. a combustion improving additive.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION Traditionally, the known fuel additives enhance the fuel value, improve combustion and emission characteristics and are made up of chemical composition. Whereas the present invention is based upon eco friendly 100% herbal petrol additive which removes carbon from engine and hence reduces friction, removes black smoke by 80%, reduces engine noise by 20%, saves petrol vaporization by 5 to 10%, increases engine power by 20%, gives smooth drive and increases the average of the engine by 30% to 60 %.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION- The inventor has invented a multi functional eco friendly 100% herbal petrol additive for 2/3 wheeler automobile having 2 stroke or 4 stroke engine which when mixed with petrol breaks the hydrocarbon and improves combustion, which in turns increases the average of an engine. It removes the deposited carbon from the piston and the engine cylinder which reduces the friction and engine noise. It helps in complete combustion which reduces carbon mono-oxide contain from the engine exhaust. It easily gets dissolved in petrol and prevents the vaporization of petrol. It increases the average of the engine and increases life of the engine and is authenticated for national standard safety by the test and evaluation methods for Petrol additives. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION-
The Petrol additive in basic form is composed of 100% herbal pangamia oil which is treated at 100 degree Celsius with alangium lamarki seed. This petrol additive reduces poisonous contents and hydro carbon molecules in petrol and hence calorific value of petrol increases by 5 to 10%. Use of this petrol additive is not harmful to machine and when the petrol is burned at the ignition period, the calorific value of this mixture of petrol and petrol additive increases up to 35%.
Technical Specification is as under -
• Physical Appearance: Yellow in Colour.
• Stability: 100% (Stable between 0C to 45C)
• Specific Gravity: 0.9
• Ph Factor: 6.
• Water Content: 0.23%
• Ash Content: 0%
Accordingly, in one aspect, this invention provides a multi functional eco friendly 100% herbal petrol additive for 2/3 wheeler automobile having 2 stroke or 4 stroke engine which when mixed with petrol breaks the hydro-carbon and improves combustion, which in turns increases the average of an engine. It removes the deposited carbon from the piston and the engine cylinder which reduces the friction and engine noise. It helps in complete combustion which reduces carbon mono-oxide contain from the engine exhaust. It easily gets dissolved in petrol and prevents the vaporization of petrol. It increases the average of the engine and increases life of the engine and is authenticated for national standard safety by the test and evaluation methods for Petrol additives.
Recommended use of the petrol additive is 2 ml per liter of petrol. The Best result is after use of 10 milliliter for 5 liter of petrol and it said to remove black smoke by 80%, reduces engine noise by 20%, and saves petrol
vaporization by 5 to 10 %, increases engine power by 20% and average of engine by 30 to 60%.

Claims

CLAIMS I claim,
1. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive which enhances petrol value by mixing purely herbal oil in 2/3 wheeler petrol engine automobile having 2-stroke or 4-stork engine, resulting in improved combustion, reduction of friction and engine noise and emission characteristics.
2. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive, as recited in Claim I, wherein it is eco friendly and 100% made up of herbal composition.
3. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive, as recited in Claim I, wherein when mixed with petrol breaks the hydro-carbon and improves combustion, which in turns increases the average of an engine.
4. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive, as recited in Claim I, wherein when mixed with petrol, it helps in complete combustion which reduces carbon mono-oxide contain from the engine exhaust, thereby reducing black smoke by 80%.
5. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive, as recited in Claim I, wherein when mixed with petrol, it removes deposited carbon from the piston and the engine cylinder, which reduces the friction and engine noise by 20%.
6. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive, as recited in Claim I, wherein when mixed with petrol, it gets easily dissolved in petrol and prevents petrol vaporization by 5 to 10%.
7. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive, as recited in Claim I, wherein when mixed with petrol, it increases engine power by 20%.
8. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive, as recited in Claim I, wherein when mixed with petrol, it increases average of engine by 30 to 60%.
9. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive, as recited in Claim I, wherein when mixed with petrol, reduces poisonous contents and hydro carbon molecules in petrol and hence calorific value of petrol increases by 5 to 10%.
10. An improved and multifunctional petrol additive, as recited in Claim I, wherein when mixed with petrol, its use is not harmful to machine and when the petrol is burned at the ignition period, the calorific value of this mixture of petrol and petrol additive increases up to 35%.
