Abstract

Disclosed is a surgical apparatus for transanal microsurgery, in which a lighting apparatus (light source) is embedded in the surgical apparatus to increase the visibility of the body part being surgically operated upon, even without adding a lighting apparatus from an external source. The surgical apparatus for transanal surgery according to the present invention comprises: a main body to which a surgical instrument for transanal microsurgery is inserted; a barrel unit which is coupled to the main body, and which has a barrel opening formed at one side thereof to ensure the vision of the body part being surgically operated upon, and which is inserted into the anus of a patient to form a guide passage for the surgical instrument; a light source unit arranged at the front end of the barrel unit so as to emit light to illuminate the body part being surgically operated upon, through the barrel unit; and a barrel head unit which accommodates the light source unit, and which is coupled to the front end of the barrel unit.
